Product is shipped on time, email answered promptly with helpful answer, not the cheapest but surely fair price, no busy signal on the phone on Monday morning. Would definitely buy from them again.

Photo Alley confirmed my online order for a Canon G1 Powershot digital camera via e-mail immediately on 6/13. At the time the camera was on back order. I called customer care for an estimate when they might get it from Canon and they were honest and couldn't say for sure. I followed up with an e-mail 6/19 asking for any status update. They promptly responded and said they were unsure I would receive the camera when I wanted it and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I was very pleased when I received a shipping confirmation/tracking number the very next day. Camera arrived 6/21. Full US warranty. I couldn't be happier with Photo Alley's forthrightness, the price, and service.

Very positive experience. Discovered Father's Day/summer promotion for Canon Powershot G1. Ordered camera online, saw it was on back order. Called customer service to get estimate when they might be back in stock. Photo Alley rep was very honest said that it could take up to two weeks and if I needed it sooner I could cancel my order and buy it some place else. I appreciated her honesty and decided to stick with them. Camera arrived six days after placing the order. Great price, great service. I'm hooked. I coulnd't have asked for more.

Ordered Canon Powershot G1 online Monday morning...shipped same day...received via free 2-day FedEx on Wednesday...$100 discount makes pricing extremely competitive...would have saved even more if I had remembered to go through Ebates...was double boxed although box was only slightly bigger than Canon box...camera worked, looked brand new with no fingerprints anywhere...they now have all my camera business!

Excellent price with promotion, free FedEX 2day shipping, in stock, well packed, sealed cartons, ordered Sunday night via website, rec'd in Florida early Wed. afternoon. If only all vendors could be this good. Would highly recommend, I am very pleased.

I ordered a Canon G1 and when it arrived I noticed that the inside of the lens there was a large particle of dust. I called them and they accepted the return with no problems. They sent me another camera and it is perfect. Very satisfied that this company stand behind their products.
