Excellent experience. I had been looking at various sites for a digital camera. Although many sites had cheaper prices, they either were selling gray market cameras, expected you to purchase expensive accessories or charged extremely high shipping/handling. Photo Alley was selling merchandise with USA warranties. They were also running a special that gave me $100 off the total price of my order as well as FREE FedEx 2 day shipping. After all this, their price was lower than many of the shady merchants. Everything went smoothly and my order arrived right on time. I will be looking at them first for my next purchase.

I purchased a Canon S300 camera, Epson 780 printer and spare camera battery without a hitch. Ordering from the web site was fast and easy and follow-up from customer service via e-mail was prompt. Order tracking was accurate and helpful. Be sure to watch for their monthly sales, free shipping, and to access through http://www.ebates.com to get a 4% rebate! All in all an excellent outfit to deal with.

Photoalley is LEGIT. I ordered on their website on a Saturday. I had my Canon s110 delivered 2nd day by Fedex, which was a free promotion they were having. I also got $100. off because my order was over $600. (another sweet promotion). I recieved a confirmation of my order within minutes. The order was shipped Monday and I recieved it on Wednesday morning. OUTSTANDING !!!! Thumbs up to these guys. I would order from them again in a minute !!!!!!!

Prices along with discount and free shipping were great. Order took longer to arrive than I expected and one item is still back ordered, but customer service was very responsive and phone support is great! Waits are short and the people on the phones know what they are doing.

Good prices coupled with some great discounts and free shipping made a compelling story. It took a little more time to get what I ordered than I expected and I'm still waiting for one item, but phone support was very good. Short hold time and intelligent responses from the support personnel. I would certainly shop there again.

Purchased Olympus Camedia D-510 Zoom on July 4th. Received free Fed Ex shipping and July 4th discount. Price was very competitive. Camera arrived on time. Packaged well. Web site tracking doesn't work well. However, spoke with customer service who advised product had shipped on July 5th & provided tracking numbers. Also inadvertently charged sales tax. Again customer service resolved isssue. Overall experience was very positive. Would definitely buy from again.
