I'm writing to let you know what great service I got from your sales Rep Thomas Rich Rhudy extension: 5855. He helped me place my order and upgrade several of the items I was purchasing to maximize the efficiency of my new PC build. He also helped me with some returns explaining the process perfectly. It is great to see that as your company has grown you have been able to maintain such a strong focus on good, basic customer service unlike many chains in this industry. The fact that each of my experiences with your company has been like this is why I will continue to shop Tiger direct for all my personal and business electronics and computer needs. Your prices are the best and your service is so far above your competition that I ask myself, why go anywhere else?

I had called Tiger direct CS very upset because someone messed up and bundled up the motherboard and the CPU that were not compatible. However after speaking with Karen ext 5364i was pleasantly surprised. She issued me the RMA number within minutes. sourced and offered me a replacement keyboard that is compatible with the processor. Patiently waited while I took my time to choose the one I want got me a reasonable discount because of the inconvenience they have caused me. Very pleasant and friendly. I am not sure if all their CS is this good or I just got lucky. I wish other companies would be at least similar. I have nothing but the best to say about these guys. They did mess up but they were right there to correct it thanks to great people at their CS like Karen. I hope they reward their guys properly because they really seem to deserve it. My case is not over yet I still have to ship the motherboard get the refund and get the replacement keyboard but if the rest of the people at Tiger Direct are nearly as good and as professional as Karen I have nothing to worry about.

I called to place an order and was connected with Cori at X 5800. Cori was a straight shooter and got me what I needed to enhance my Garmin 255W which was purchased over the internet. It was a pleasure to deal with Cori and will use him for future transactions. Thanks - GClock
