Tiger Direct is the best. We ordered a laptop from Steven (extension 5841)at Tiger Direct. When there was a problem with the unit, Steven helped us get it replaced. He also called a month later to be sure we were happy. I have done business with Steven for years. He is such a nice young man.
Tiger Direct can't be beat.

This seller sold me a motherboard and CPU combo and did not ship the CPU because they said it was on back order. They did not notify me about the back order and I found out about it after 6 days when I recieved the rest of the items and then when I called them after spnding an hour on the phone, they told me that shipped the CPU onOct 4th!! and ground!!! In all google email updates they send me the said that they have shipped the CPU too. I lost an installation because of these guys and talked to their manager, Bridget.Willia, about it but the manger was as rude as possible too and she told me that I had to call to find out that the CPU is on back order!!!. I do not recommad this site to anybody

I want to thank KEITH DORSETT for offering good customer service..I rarely purchase products from the Falls location any more, which is close to my office, due to poor service & attitude.This was a first calling and placing an order with Keith..It's like day & night..On my last visit to the Falls location, I finally walked out and made my purchase of (3)Laptops from Best Buy...With only 4 customers in the Falls location,not one of the 6 sales staff offered any assistance....Thanks again Keith

I bought a product from them that just wouldn't work for me. I'm not too computer savvy so it was prob my problem. But I went online and asked to return it and they said no problem. Fast shipping and easy returns. I will buy from them again. :-)
