When you are looking for a selection of stationery and office supplies Staples can make it a one stop shopping trip. They also have a decent selection of computer and accessories that can have some pretty decent pricing. I've bought 2 laptops, several printers and a few other computer related items with a good experience rating. I like Staples for the wide selection of product. Pricing is not always the lowest, but actually having stock is important...the best price in the world is not much good if the item isn't available to buy.

I'm surprised that Staples doesn't get a high rating. There is no Staples in my area, so my experiences with Staples is based on their online store. The best thing about Staples is that they always stand by their price even though it's ridiculously low. I've ordered a few items with insanely prices at Staples, and I got them all. I called them to give an order on the phone for a digital camera and made my order. I was said it will be arrived next day but it didn't come. When I checked the order number I saw that they canceled my order without a reason. It was on of the worst shopping experience.

Staples has earned my trust and loyalty - and my business - through superior Customer Service.
Back in April I bought four Omnitech GPS's from Staples and Quill. Due to what I now know was a firmware error on the part of the manufacturer, all 4 stopped working simultaneously Saturday. Unable to reach the manufacturer, and with a sinking heart. on Monday morning I called the normal Staples 800 number.
I explained my story, and with no hesitation the CSR forwarded me to "Brand Management." Retelling my story to this agent, she noted that they had already received calls from other customers about the same issue. After a very brief time on hold to check with her supervisor, she came back and told me that Staples was going to take responsibility for getting the issue resolved for all four of my Staples / Quill units. She then gave me a case #, a direct 800 to reach them if I needed to, and promised to call me back with 2 days.
OK, it was 3 days before I got the call back, but they were flooded with reports. And when they called back, they said
1. The problem has been fixed
2. To get my unit repaired, just bring it in (beginning Monday) to any Staples store to have the new (correct) firmware loaded
Less than 7 days from problem to fix. I've always liked Staples. Now I love them. Very good pricing. Superior service. Got to love it
