I bought a Canon G1 digital camera from them. They offered free UPS ground shipping along with the lowest believeable price I was able to find. They shipped the camera the day after I called in the order and it arrived a week later. This was a seamless transaction, and all the staff people I dealt with were courteous and helpful. I was advised they prefer orders sent via the WWW, and will automatically email shipment tracking information to customers who buy this way.  
 
This appears to be a good camera store. I'd enthusiastically buy from them again.
