I have now recieved my Canon 7D EOS and from the initial inspection everything looks "AWESOME". It came well packaged and everything that the "kit" said it came with was there. It even smells new!!! Again I cant say enough good things about Canoga but I am sure as posts like mine appear we all know word of mouth is one of the best selling tools for a Company and I am hear to say this Compay is top rate in product and customer service. Bumped into these guys through Adwords. Web site looked well maintained, prices were competitive and thus decided to buy my Tokina lens with Canoga Camera.
Just received my lens (one day later). Absolutely great experience and will most likely buy with them again.

My Canon 24 TS-E II has arrived from Canoga Camera and my education in focus planes begins.
I am sorry I didn't find Canoga Camera a year ago when I started collecting lenses for my retirement dive into high end digital. Canoga is the first outfit to do a proper job of packing a very expensive bit of kit. Not Amazon, not Adorama, not B&H has packed high end stuff for the UPS treatment any better than I'd expect for some indestructible ten buck item: thousand plus dollar lenses have nearly all showed up with softened corners on the Canon boxes, not much better than if they'd stuck the shipping label on the product box and thrown it out on the sidewalk for pickup. I appreciate the work Canoga's people did tremendously.
Then there was the girl on the phone allaying my concerns as a new customer, and Chris doing more than I'd expect re locating my shipment when the UPS tracking signals went weird and I needed to be here to sign.
Many thanks to the Canoga crew for doing things right and making my experience with Canoga a great one!

Very satisified with my experience. They confirmed the shipping address over the phone prior to shipping because it was not the one for the card I used. I knew the lens was out of stock when I ordered but it arrived before the date they estimated. Price was great without the discount but that made it better. Will buy from them again.

Ordered the Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8 L lens over the weekend. Order was confirmed and shipped on Monday, received on-time this Wednesday in perfect order. Item was significantly cheaper than purchasing through B&H or Adorama. Store called to confirm the order as well. Outstanding company. I have ordered numerous photographic cameras and lenses from Canoga and I have always enjoyed excellent service. They are, bar none the best photo store in business today in my opinion. Canoga ships the same day if ordered in a timely manner and the packing is excellent. (I,m finicky about my delicates lenses and camera bodies being shipped with little protection around the items.) Canoga also protects the buyer (consumer) by making follow-up calls to verify the authenticity of an order. (Not to make add-on sales like some NY stores.)I am truly a dedicated customer and will always look to Canoga first before making my purchases. Chris Chase, the manager, is a "stand-up guy."
