Overcharged me and has yet to give me a refund. Did an online chat and they told me they would foward this complaint to their billing department. I have yet to hear from RitzCamera. WIll never deal with this company again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. IT'S A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I GOT CHARGED MORE AND THEY DENIED TO GIVE A CREDIT BACK. WILL NOT DO A BUSINESS ANYMORE.

Dear Customer Service,
After seeing several ads for your store, I have decided to give you guys a shot for my D5 Mark II.
Unfortunately I experienced a horrible experience from your call center in India.
I hardly could understand your agents, and did not see any patient for service either.
After asking to be transferred over to U.S, they simply hang up on me.
After several attempts and call back to speak to the manager, I have experienced the same result as the manager hang up the phone me as well.
I have decided to take my business elsewhere, at this point I was ready to even pay extra but receive proper customer service.
And I managed to go to one of your competitors and receive a Superior customer service.
I am very sorry that RitzCamera choose to sacrifice Customer Service to gain some profit by cost saving and transferring their customer service over to places that do not understand Customer Service.

Overcharge me $7.5 after I receive my orders, then a week later they sent me an email confirming that they will refund me the $7.5, but took 2 weeks to get my money back.This review was modified by its author, dr.alex, on

Horrible experience. They sent me a used canon lense, no warranty card. They will not respond to emails. They also contacted Bing and lied , Ritzcamera.com said the order was cancelled. It was never cancelled, They just do not want to pay the extra 5%

This seller is the most untrustworthy and irresposonible I have ever dealt with. After 10 days, I still have not received the items I ordered and paid for. Their customer service is a joke. All they can tell you is that your order has been sent to the warehouse and they have no idea when you will get it. There is no way for you to cancel the order either. I wish I have check their poor rating before placing my order. Hopefully, you will not make the same mistake I made.

Placed an order for $122.xx. Ritz reversed the charge (breaking bing.com cash back), and then overcharged me by $15.
First contact (email) to Ritz promised to reverse the overcharge. Fair enough.
Second contact (phone), told me that it was PayPal's mistake and Ritz was not responsible.
Contact to PayPal (phone) tells me that they do what Ritz tells them to.
Third contact (phone) to Ritz tells me that it can take "up to 72 business hours." That apparently means 10 calendar days.
Ritz is a very poor operation. I should have ordered from Amazon, B+H, or any other vendor with an outstanding reputation. If I knew that Ritz's performance was so bad I would not have made my purchase.
