This was my first purchase though sundial. Ordered a cooler master 220b case. Received it in perfect condition. They replied promtly to my emails.I will use them again

This was my first order. After placing I discovered I had made a mistake. My email and fax correction were responded to by phone and I also got an email confirming the correction. Order was shipped the following day and delivered without any problems.  
 
Good pricing, prompt response and fast shipping make this a vendor I will use again.

This is my first time ordering from Sundial Mirco and I must say their customer service is best I have ever seen!! They were very prompt in responding to emails, they notified me of a compatibilty problem with 2 of the items I ordered and they gave me a tracking number the same day my order was shipped. There was a small problem with the order when it arrived but it was quickly rectified as soon as I notified them. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers!! I will definitely buy from Sundial Micro again!! Thanks for all your help Jenny!!

Bought a Lian-Li PC-60 case for $119 cheapest 'trusted' site I have found. Great job.

I have made two separte orders from Sundail Micro Inc. The first had a minor error on the part of their shipping dept however, they immediately corrected the error and completed the order in a very prompt manner. I will, and will also encourage anyone with computer hardware needs to do business with this company

Never ordered from them before but they got the new Coolermaster Aluminum drive faces in stock so I had to jump at it to match my aluminum case.  
 
I emailed them twice regarding the drives and received NO comment or response, nothing. Was upset about that.  
 
Regardless I ordered anyways. The product was ordered on Same day as products from Newegg, nutrend, directron, and Sidewinder and Sundial shipped LAST and was the last to arrive nearly a week after products from newegg. Was upset about this.  
 
On a lighter note, the products arrived in great shape, nothing wrong and are on my drives now and look great.  
 
Overall a mixed opinion, product is here and in good shape but slow shipping and no customer service at all.

I ordered two atc-s4000 cases from Sundial and had them shipped to Canada. They were very helpful in providing quotes for multiple couriers and were always very fast to reply to emails. I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I purchased a Cooler Master ATC-201B-SXK. This model has the case window included, which can be hard to find. There was a problem with my online order info and Sundial called me within a couple hours to verify it. I received the order in a timely manner. Please note the order must be signed for when delivered. I wish they told me that, I would have sent it to my office instead. Other than that, I was pretty pleased with my order from Sundial.

On November 21 i orderd a CoolerMaster ATC-111c-SX1 from Sundial Micro, some ide cables and a Enermax Powersupply. They processed the order very professionally. I also e-mailed them a question about the case I was going to order and the others, they replied the same day and were very helpful. I would recomend them to any Gamer that wants to have the coolist looking rig at a lan party. They also have the most compelete selection of Coolermaster products.

i juste want to tell somebody that tey don't answer my mails !  
i live in France and i just asked them how to command products from my contry but they ignore my request ...  
perhaps it's not very important but they could request just to tell me they don't want to but ANSWER !  
it is particulary unpolish !  
anyway, i went in NY last year ... VERY NICE TOWN ! GREAT !

So i want to change my opinion on them !  
They took the time to find the best price for expedition in France and to explaim me how to process ...  
They did the job correctly !

Sundial had the Coolermaster hardware I was looking for. When the order arrived from UPS a part of it was lost/stolen.  
 
Sundial took care of it right away, always answering my emails on the same day. The missing part was re-shipped and arrived with no hassle.  
 
They get top marks for customer service.

This is an excellent company, with superb integrity. I had a few questions about a product, so I wrote them an email. Within 24 hours they had researched my question and answered it. Although some items can be found at slightly cheaper prices, the peace of mind had by ordering from this dealer is very comforting.

I am very satisfied with the order processing and delivery time.I will purchase from this company again and recommend them to others.
