I was browsing around the internet to find a cheap fish eye but good quality that i can use to film my part in a video. I looked all around and found a place called Demon Fish Eye. I called them ask for my ring size and got it but the customer service was horrible. I could barley hear the guy. After looking up some reviews on demon fish eye and watching videos, They sucked!. I then found people talking about how great the opteka lens was and how cheap it was. I looked up videos filmed with it and exactly new i had to have one. I wanted my videos to look as good as all the other videos filmed with opteka lenses. Opteka has fast customer service responses, and shipped my order out imediatly and got my tracking number!. I buy alot of stuff on the internet and i hate when a company takes forever to ship out my purchased product and that doesnt give me a tracking number! I just want to say thank you opteka for your great service and fisheye lens!

I ordered a lapel mike for my camcorder sometime Sunday, with standard shipping (3-5 days). It arrived today, Tuesday. I couldn't beleive it! Less than 2 working days! The mike works just fine, and was a bargain at $9.95.

Good price, and good atention to consumer, I'm very satisfied by 47StPhoto, considering that the order was delayed.

This is my most recent order from 47th St Photo and once again they performed above and beyond the call of duty. The order was processed and delivered very quickly and accurately. They're the BEST!

I recently ordered a battery grip for my Canon XTI. When I received my package, I noticed that they sent me the wrong item, it was for the XSI. I contacted 47th Street Photo and told them what had happened. The person I spoke with apologized to me several times and he immediately sent me a return number to my email. I sent the package back and just a few days they sent me the right item and did not charge me any extra. This was an honest mistake and they took care of it. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and both times the items were here within a couple of days. This was extremely fast considering I live in Tennessee. A very good company to do business with. I am a photographer and will definitley be shopping here again. If a mistake is made, they correct it with no questions asked. Very speedy service and a pleasure to talk with. I wish all stores was this efficient. Thank You 47th Street Photo, Great Job.

Excellent service! Item shipped on 7/1 from NY & I received it 7/3 in MT, regular shipping. Every thing was packaged beautifully to insure no damage during shipping. Definately would recommend!

I am extremely happy with my transaction, I ordered my product around 6:00 PM EST (after normal business hours) and when I woke up on 6/25 I had an email indicating that the product had already shipped.  
 
I do the majority of my shopping online and it's refreshing to see a company with such quick ship times.

This was my first time ordering from 47 St. Photo, and it won't be my last. Although this company & I are on opposite ends of the country, I received my merchandise two days after placing the order. This was the quickest service I've ever had in years of ordering merchandise online. The product I ordered was just as described--in mint condition. It was mailed safely in a bubble envelope, which I really appreciated. This is a great company, and I highly recommend it.

I had never shopped at 47th st photo, but they had an amazing deal on a lens I couldn't pass up. Also I needed the lens within a few days so I had it mailed 2nd day air. I called in the order and the representative said they would have them the next day and so I would get it in 3-4 days. I told him that was ok but I needed it asap. An hour later he called back and said that he went back to take a look to see if the system was wrong and ended up they had 1 left. He said he knew I needed it asap and ended up putting it in the mail that day! Wow.

Order was placed with amazon.com on June 19. Order was received June 24th ahead of estimated delivery date of June 30th. I am very pleased with 47th Street Photo and with the item that I ordered. Item arrived in condition stated on the amazon.com item page. I have ordered from this seller before and have never had any problems with them.

Ordered my item (opteka wireless remote) from 47th St photo through Amazon, product shipped one day later, delivered 3 days later. Had emails from both Amazon and 47th St Photo with delivery and tracking number. Product arrived in new condition, works as described. No complaints.
