I had an absolutely terrible time with ordering from ultra products. it was a bit hard to find what i wanted on their website and then when i finally did and ordered from them they double charged my bank card. I found out that they double charged me and called them to tell them to take off the chrge that same day, as i needed my money to pay off bills that are due very soon. They said they would have it taken care of that day, but of corse i check my bank acount today and i am still down a considerable amount of money. I even sent an email as well and have not recieved a response yet, and the 48 hour response period promiseed is drawing nearer and nearer.  
It took almost 2 weeks for me to get the money back from the double charge -_-
