I bought the item from Fry's, but had run out of time to return it to them for RMA, and so contacted Ultra directly. Their customer forum is excellent, and after describing my problem they issued an RMA right away. The combination of a responsive online forum and efficient RMA process is excellent, and I have no hesitation in commending Ultra for their efforts on behalf of their customers.

I had an absolutely terrible time with ordering from ultra products. it was a bit hard to find what i wanted on their website and then when i finally did and ordered from them they double charged my bank card. I found out that they double charged me and called them to tell them to take off the chrge that same day, as i needed my money to pay off bills that are due very soon. They said they would have it taken care of that day, but of corse i check my bank acount today and i am still down a considerable amount of money. I even sent an email as well and have not recieved a response yet, and the 48 hour response period promiseed is drawing nearer and nearer.  
It took almost 2 weeks for me to get the money back from the double charge -_-
