Spare yourself the grief--this is a dishonest, disreputable company that baits and switches, lies about their products and can be completely unpleasant to deal with--and they will get your money-one way or another. Don't be lured by these low prices, there is no way you can walk away with just that item-they make sure, or they hit you up for a restocking fee once you realize that they have duped you. There is no email invoice, which gives you clue enough. Personally, I have written to the New York Attorney General about them. They really need to be put out of business.
Post mortem: I ended up being charged $130 as a restocking fee. When i called them, I was told it was the shipping, which apparently cost a whopping $50..when I reminded the salesperson that the amount was included in the final amount and that their contract made no distinction about shipping, he finally, relented and returned some of the money. I never asked for a refund. I had asked for an exchange and I was told that it wasn't in stock for six weeks (the usual excuse). I am happy to say I have learned my lesson. I will never deal with these rip off artists again. I can only hope peeople actually take this comments seriously anbd be forwarned..I wish I had.
