What can I say? Dealing with Rick and ISTNC has been an absolute pleasure. Before I ordered, Rick answered all my questions through instant messenger politely, promptly, and knowledgably.  
 
The order form was easy to understand, and offered many forms of customization. They are competitively priced, and you know you're getting amazing customer service. Shipping was fast and on time. When Fed Ex delivered the package to the wrong house, ISTNC was on the ball to help make sure I got it. It turns out the package was delivered next door. The problem was 100 % FedEx, and not ISTNC.  
 
The Z71V I ordered is simply awesome. It is everything I was looking for in a notebook. ISTNC assembled it perfectly, and everything is still working fine. My notebook is impressing many people, many of who have never heard of Asus. In fact, I know two people who are now ordering a Z71V directly from istnc.  
 
Simply put, ISTNC is a wonderful company to deal with, and has probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Way to go guys!

I purchased an ASUS Z71V notebook from ISTNC and I am pleased to say that they have been more than helpful. ISTNC has offered great service from the moment I placed my order to the time when I had software problems. A representative, I spoke to, on AIM, went above and beyond to assist me with my problem. This company has, without a doubt, offered me the best customer service I have ever encountered.

ISNC is FANTASTIC! This was a very pleasurable purchase. Before i ordered my notebook, i had a couple questions and Rick replied to my emails very promptly, even on a saturday.  
 
The laptop shipped very shortly after i ordered it, and it even arrived (via FedEx) three days before the tracking information said it would! It was very carefully packed, box within box within box. It arrived in perfect condition. (no dead or active pixels either!) This laptop works great and im very pleased with it in every aspect.  
 
When dealing with ISTNC you get a very trusting, personal feel that lets you feel very comfortable through the process. Highly recommended.

The service and product I received from istnc and Rick were absolutely outstanding. He answered my many (many, many...) questions via both live chat and email quickly, offered great advice - just advice without even trying to "sell" me - and always did so in a professional, friendly manner.  
 
When I decided to exchange the notebook I initially ordered for another model, Rick made it easy and painless (unheard of in the computer industry!). He again answered my many (many, many...) questions, again offered great advice, didn't charge me a restocking fee, even threw in shipping of the new model for free!  
 
And I LOVE my ASUS! Beautiful, great screen (with no dead pixels as promised), very quiet, super fast, and is just the perfect laptop for me. Big big thanks to Rick and istnc for delivering outstanding service every step of the way!

This was an amazing buying experience. The customer service is great; talking to knowledgable people is a nice change; having questions answered instantly at practically any hour is awesome; price was lower than most other places; "international friendliness" to Canada was great; only problem was the fault of Fedex - it would have been nice if UPS was used to facilitate border crossing; the product arrived with everything working - a result of the careful testing.  
 
Overall, this is the best online buying experience I've ever had. It reminded me more of buying from a small, local business that is owned by someone you know. I've recommended them to all my friends who are looking at notebooks, and will come back next time i'm in the market. ISTNC rocks! This is the way a business should be run.

This is my second purchase from ISTNC, and I have to say... I wasn't surprised when I recieved the best of service. They make it so easy to buy a high quality product and get it to you literly within 3 days. When my bank account gets a little bigger... i'll purchase from then again :)

We've received excellent service from IST. Processing time was quick, tracking information was quick, and we got the computer much quicker than we thought we would. They have been excellent in responding to questions after we received the computer.

This order went without problem. I received the ASUS Z71v laptop on the 21st (ordered the 4th). The long delivery time may have been due to an inadvertent requirement of mine. The laptop was packaged well, in good condition, and with no dead pixels (as promised). I am quite satisfied.

Got my laptop on Friday. I've been playing with it ever since. It's great! You guys at ISTNC did a great job. Thanks for really stressing your customer support. Whoever's idea it was to put ISTNC business card at the bototm of my laptop, you did good. Now I can show you off to all my buddies.  
 
If I ever need to make more notebook purchases I know where to shop to get quality service.

I purchased an Asus laptop from these guys and was thoroughly impressed in all respects, from start to finish.  
 
The price was nice, but more importantly, the customer service was superb, always with timely and knowledgeable responses.

Excellent and fast work! The process went very smoothly. Plus, they applied Arctic Silver 5 for free upon request. The machine had no dead pixels, which may say something about their quality control too.

Absolutely amazing. As soon as the Asus Z71Vs landed in North America, IST started building the pre-ordered units and had them shipped in one day. Very fast turn-around. I received mine exactly one week later, via ground shipping to Canada from FedEx. No duties paid.  
 
Both Rick and Gwen at IST have been extremely helpful in answering inumerable questions, and also are great technical support. They responsd quickly, and even later at night (I had a series of questions with Gwen at 10:30PM).
