I'm very happy I chose to buy from ISTNC. They were very quick with any question I had, and they were quick at sending me the laptop I purchased - only a few days to build it and it was on its way. In all, I received my Asus about nine days after purchasing it, ready to go. A wonderful experience!

ISTNC delivered very quickly on an ASUS Notebook. They were very responsive and helpful prior to the purchase and hopefully will be as such in the future. From my experience I have no reason to believe they would be anything but helpful. Quality of the notebook so far has met all expectations and their custom built workmanship seems very good.

This company provides excellent, top-notch service. I had many questions and they answered every last one perfectly. Would certainly do business many times over.

At first I was a little bit hesitant to buy from a smaller company, but I'm happy that I did. Rick and Gwen have been great, answering many questions of mine promptly and professionally, even on weekends. I ordered a notebook computer on 7/27 and had it in my hands less than a week later. It arrived extremely well-packed and in perfect condition.  
 
It's refreshing to deal with real people for a change. If I ever have a problem, I know exactly who I'll be talking to, instead of dealing with anonymous customer service reps. Overall, I'm very happy, and I highly recommend ISTNC.

Best service I have ever encountered. Not only are they accessible and friendly, but their customer service reps are more knowledgeable about computers than those of any large computer company - this is because they don't have customer service reps in India. They will stay on the phone for as long as you want. Fast delivery and pleasant order experience. Did I mention an unbeatable product? Highly reccommended!

I just bought my second notebook from ISTNC. My new purchase is the Asus Z70va, the refresh of the Z70v. Once again, I'm extremely happy with the notebook and my shopping experience. ISTNC is clearly the very best notebook reseller anyone can deal with when it comes to Asus. Rick kept me updated throughout the process and quickly answered any questions I e-mailed to him. He even spent nearly an hour on the phone with me after I received my notebook just to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I came upon this online business from the advocation of various sources, and I must say that I am not at all dissapointed. The aid and care they provided, Mr. Rick Roberts and Mr. Gwen Roberts, was very fast and concise. It appeared, through my interaction, as if they sat there waiting for you to pose a question.  
 
The laptop, an Asus z71v, arrived in pristine condition with everything as promised in a very well delievered professional package. The software that was preinstalled on the laptop was just to be expected - none of the unnecessary software that usually comes in most other pre-built laptops that I have observed.

I purchased a Z71V (Asus notebook) at the beginning of June and had it shipped next day air. Gwen R. was prompt at answering my inquiries into the exact time the item would take to get to me, because my Dell laptop had summarily failed (surprise) and I needed to get some projects completed by week's end (Sunday). My laptop arrived on Saturday (I placed my order late Thursday night). Unfortunately the ODD (DVD-RW) wasn’t registering in the BIOS. I hopped on to the live chat, and Gwen R. again helped me (promptly), and sent a replacement ODD—with return shipping paid—next day air to me. The customer service was tip-top and I recommend this company for competitive pricing and helpful, friendly customer service on par with other premier vendors (Newegg, etc.).
