This is my second order with them, and it went as smooth as the first, well except for the fact that the ASUS chassis I ordered was on backorder for two months (which was out of their control). It also affected every other computer reseller who was selling this model (S37S).  
 
They kept me up to date with the order progress, included info direct from ASUS on the backorder, and when the order was shipped it came in 2 days. This time when I got my order the site never said anything about extra accessories but ISTNC gave me this whole bag of goodies including a wired optical mouse with matching bluelit mousepad w/ 4port hub, a laptop shim for raising the laptop for cooling, a little tote bag for carrying it, and a screenwipe. I was very impressed.  
 
Again, a top rate job from a top rate company. I'd recommend them anytime.

ISTNC is amazing.  
Their site is very professional.  
The people are friendly and very helpful.  
Shipping was very fast...besides the fact that they are one of the few companies NOT located in California, they are one of the few major laptop companies on the East Coast.  
 
ISTNC did a top-rate job.  
 
Obviously all these laptop companies are pretty much the same. You can't be expecting these companies to fail on a $2,000 purchase, they all have at least 9.5/10 rating here on RR.. The thing is ISTNC is not only as good as these other companies but they exceeed expectations.  
 
I looked at maybe 15 total companies for the Asus Z83V I purchased. Obviously I purchased from ISTNC.  
ISTNC was the absolute cheapest when I compared the exact same configurations from each of the companies. In a lot of cases they were cheaper with 3 years of warranty than some were with 1 year warranty.  
I got 3 year warranty, by the way.  
 
They have an online-chat which allows you to chat with their representatives (which is how I was convinced to buy from them).  
They have a professional looking site (something I can't say as much for the likes of sites like Geared2Play or PowerNotebooks).  
They offer pretty much any configuration under the sun (some companies didn't even offer a 60GB 7200RPM drive). 1DIMM, 2DIMM, 60GB 7200RPM, 80GB 7200RPM...I could have even gotten a Celeron-M processor!  
Shipping came in 2 days. I was expecting at least three. I made a purchase from a company in Ohio...it took 3 days. They shipped from Charlotte in 2 days.  
Besides providing you with shipping status via FedEx they provide in-house tracking to see how your order is progressing before it is shipped.  
 
 
The one thing that really impressed me about ISTNC is how easy they can be contacted.  
E-Mail...sure.  
Online-Chat...No other store has this to my knowledge.  
AIM!!! I have never seen another company make themselves as available on AIM like ISTNC. I didn't make use of their AIM SN, but I would have if I had more questions :).  
 
Their e-mails look professional too...  
 
The best of all:  
When I ordered the Z83V it said it included an optical mouse. I didnt get it in the shipment. So I made a note of it to ISTNC and I got a reply about it. They said that ASUS stopped including them and they were going to fix it. But since I ordered when it said that they would ship the mouse out the next business day (monday).  
 
If I ever purchase another laptop in the future its coming from ISTNC.  
Thats not to say DELL, or PCTorque or any company of the sort are bad. Its just ISTNC is better!  
 
 
By the way, I ordered an ASUS Z83V, Centino 2.0GHz, 1024MB DDR2 (1DIMM), 80GB 7200RPM HD, wireless A/B/G, with bluetooth.  
On a sidenote, DiscountLaptops told me I would have to contact ASUS about obtaining the mini-coaxial cable for the TV Tuner module.  
ISTNC provided me with the cable in the shipment.  
 
They surely exceeded my expectations.

I discovered ISTNC.com through an eBay listing. There website is well designed and responsive. I was always able to contact Rick or Gwen through the online chat, and both are very knowledgable (more so than most merchants). They also responded quickly to emails, and they have great prices. They have the lowest complete system price I could find. The only way I could have paid less was if I had purchased as components from four different merchants and assembled myself (an approximate savings of $100).

I ordered and ASUS laptop from IST. I was very pleased with all aspects of my transaction(s) with them. The computer I ordered was on a fairly long back-order as it was a brand new model. In fact, they were the only company that was even taking pre-orders for this model. This allowed me to put the order in early. I had no problem waiting as I did not need the unit right away. The laptop finally did arrive very close to their estimate, and during the waiting period, the company was excellent at keeping me informed of the laptop's status. The laptop arrived packed very nicely, and included everything that I ordered. No problems at all. I loaded all of the software and the laptop has been performing beyond by expectations ever since. I absolutely love it. For the record, I had been researching laptops for over 6 months, just waiting for the right model that had the features, power and price that perfectly addressed my needs. I have definitely found it in the ASUS. I also was very careful and did just as much research in the various vendors that sold them. I was pleased at how many quality on-line vendors there were to choose from. I'm sure that others may have provided a good experience, and many had web-sites whose navigation ease and "sizzle" far surpassed IST's; however despite that, IST has proven to me that they most certainly were a great choice, and I would make the same choice if I had it to do over again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an on-line computer purchase.

I've purchased two laptops from Rick and Gwen at ISTNC. I was desperately in need of the first laptop I bought from them, as an older laptop I had, bit the dust on Memorial Day and I was soon to be on the road for a few weeks. On Memorial Day, nonetheless, Rick took the time through their on-line chat vehicle to provide insight and guidance in helping me configure the Asus Z63 I purchased from them. I've been very pleased with both the computer and service I've received from them. So much so that when my fiance was in need of a laptop, there was no question as to who we would purchase it from. She just recently purchased a MSI 1012 from ISTNC and is very happy with her purchase. Rick and Gwen have been available and more than happy to answer any quetions we've had and to assist us with the intial operating system set-up.  
 
I highly recommend ISTNC. You'll find a company that holds customer service in high esteem and more importantly, won't try to sell you a computer that supercedes your needs. Rick was very candid and honest as he assessed my computing needs and made suggestions based on what made sense, rather than upselling me to more expensive components that didn't suit how I was planning on using my computer.  
 
Great integrity, top-level computing systems and genuinely nice people is what you'll find at ISTNC.

I've found this site through the notebook review forums and this site. So far, the service is good. They answer all the questions I ask. The only problem I have is that the laptop I ordered is on backorder, but that's only an extra few days wait, so it's alright. Gonna update later when I receive my order.

Just received my laptop. Came in extremely fast (8 days)considering shipped from North Carolina to here in Guam. It came in great packaging that protected the shipment. I'm completely satisfied with this laptop. I highly recommend this store.

I've spent the last couple of weeks looking for a Laptop on a budget. My last Laptop from a company, who shall remain nameless (rhymes with smell)was a total mess. I decided after reading reviews here and posting to a couple of laptop forums to check these guys out.  
 
I only placed my order yesterday and have yet to receive it (will update when I do) but had to come here and leave a rating about my experience with them to date. To date great customer service. The best way I can describe it so far is no b.s. involved. No offshore customer service, no wait times on the phone. They even changed something I noticed I didn't like about the system. So far very impressed. to be continued....  
 
Update: Received my Z71V a day early and am very happy. The system was very well packaged and in mint condition. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Awesome prices on some of the most solid units on the market currently. As a System Administrator I have to deal with system all day, and when it comes time for me to purchase new systems i want realiable units from a seller i can trust. This is a great company that provides GREAT service. Even months after the order, they replied promptly to any questions I had about Laptop maintainance. After my AC Adapter broke and a email to them, they replied promptly and sent my a replacement. I love these people. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased an Asus laptop from Integrated System Technologies. The laptop was excellent and they had great service. I had emailed them a question about the order and they responded within a half an hour - and this was after 10 p.m.!

I preordered the Asus Z70va at the end of June, and at the time Rick (the owner of ISTNC) told me I would receive it around early-mid August. As time passed, I spent a lot of time on notebookforums.com where many other resellers gave their opinion on this hot new item. The consensus was that Rick was wrong, and that it wouldn't actually come out until September at the earliest. Well, Rick stood pat with his assurance that I would have hit in time for school. Today is August 17th, and my baby has arrived!  
 
This is an amazing piece of equipment. I must say, it is pretty much perfect. Beautiful screen, fast processor, quiet, cool, great GPU, dvd burner, the whole shabang, all weighing in at ~6 lbs. Its really amazing. No dead pixels... just wonderful.  
 
Rick was amazing. ISTNC got back to all my emails literally within minutes, even on weekends. Rick changed my order multiple times when I decided I wanted different parts on a whim. He even credited me money back when Intel released a new processor and the old ones dropped in price, even though I had purchased before the price drop officially went into effect. Amazing customer service overall.  
 
The laptop shipped on Monday and I got it Wednesday morning at 9:30.  
 
HIGHLY recommended.
