The ratings were right on for this company. I looked on their website and found that this company actually adheres to policies established by manufacturers in order to remain an "authorized dealer." I talked to Dave who was most courteous and efficient in handling my order. No bullying or sell tactics, just someone to help me buy exactly what I wanted. I bought a Sony FWD-32LX1/W. I read the (Quick Compare) after making the purchase and I'm surprised to learn that they are including a table top stand and speakers for me! I recieved an order confirmation by e-mail and a subsequent shipping confirmation notifying me of next day FedEx delivery. AMAZING! I'm very pleased.

Monitoroutlet.com was great!!! I bought a 42" Philips Plasma 42PF9966.Both Jared and Brett were easily reachable, whenever I had a question. Everything was done as promised, and at the time it was promised. Not to mention, that their price was un-beatable. Although the price included shipping, it was apparent that the shipping cost was added to the cost of the set. Yet, it was lower that all other compeditors. They also didn't play gimmicks like, lowering the price by approx. $200, and then adding a $200 charge for the wall mount bracket(This TV comes with a bracket, direct from Phillips). There were no hidden charges, insurance etc. They did not pressure me in to buying accesories. The best part was that they offer extended warranties from Philips, themselves. To me that was a great peace of mind. Last but not least, the 3% discount for electronic fund transfer, REALLY, brought down the price. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and my next such purchase would definitley be from them.

The salesperson at Monitor Outlet was friendly enough over the phone...no hard sell...and directed me away from the 50" Pioneer Plasma to the Panasonic 50" model 50PHD6UY on the basis it was the better monitor for what I was looking for....A great picture and great DVDs. The price was actually a tad more for the Panasonic and after the high end cables and some other options I was in for around $5,400.  
Shipping was somewhat problemic in that Admiral arranges the local delivery of the monitor through their Chicago office and the cables and other options came separately via UPS or Fed-EX. As you can guess the Chicago office dropeed the ball in instructing the LA wherehouse for delivery and I'm sitting there at 6:00AM the Saturday of delivery with nothing set and the cable people coming "after 12 noon". With some last minute heroics Admiral finally gets the monitor delivered just after 8:00AM so a disaster turned out to be averted and I was thankful for that.  
 
Installation was relatively simple and the HDTV picture was phenominal! But get ready for the analog lower band stations that are not HDTV to be fair to poor quality in both color and sharpnes and there's not a darn thing that can be done about it until all digital HDTV is finally installed on all channels...Another two years plus at a minimum.  
 
BUT what extremely disconcerning to me was when I found out a couple of weeks later that the monitor I bought from Monitor Outlet did not have a DVI (Digital Video Input)! What this means is DVDs even on the best players will only play in analog quality and cannot be upscaled to digital quality!!  
 
I feel the salesman should have advised me that this monitor from Panasonic did not have a DVI input since he knew my main purpose aside from great TV was DVDs and a home theater system!  
A DVI by the way cannot be added and is not an "option"!  
 
So although I saved money by not buying at a retail store I ended up buying a commercial model that did not have all of the functions the normal consumer model would have. Am I upset?

I purchased a video projector from Monitor Outlet. I've purchased such items online before, but these people were the best I've ever dealt with--cordial, patient with my perfectionism, unbelievably prompt. I will definitely deal with them again! A truly excellent company.

Had to leave a good comment here since I was very impressed with their service and there hasn't been any recent reviews on them. I purchased an LG LST-3100 receiver from them for a pretty good deal. A service rep (maybe the owner) called me up to let me know that my credit card didn't have my shipping address listed (it's happened).  
 
I called up the credit card company and told them to list my work address as a shipping address. They seemed a little incompetant, so I was a little suspicious of this. I mentioned this to the MonitorOutlet.com service rep and asked that if they still couldn't verify, then to please send it to my billing address (i.e. my apartment).  
 
For those who know, UPS will generally not leave packages at apartments, so for those who are gone during delivery hours (i.e. normal working hours), you have to pick it up from your local UPS office. Well, much to my suprise, it arrived at my work address, just like I asked.  
 
I was impressed with the helpfulness of this service rep (spoke perfect English) and that this company deserves a good review here for others to base their opinions on.

Order a Panasonic 50 " plasma monitor, TH50PHD6UY, on Tuesday, Dec 2, the monitor arrived on Friday, Dec. 5, as promised. The accessories arrived on Monday, December 8, 2003. The product is working well. Great customer service, easy to get a hold of Jared; he is polite and informative. Excellent transaction. Will buy again from them.

Bought an LCD montior, was guaranteed that there would be no dead pixels on arrival. Didn't need to test this guarantee since there were, indeed, no dead pixels on arrival. Very happy - definitely where I'm buying my next monitor.

I purchased a NetTV 34" monitor (32" HD-ready TV) from Monitor Outlet well over a year ago. I have been using it as my main TV, for PC gaming, to watch DVD's in progressive scan from a PC, and for watching digital/HD broadcasts. I'm very satisfied - it has done everything I expected it to do. Monitor Outlet was very helpful and answered lots of questions before and during the purchase.

Ordered an LCD monitor, got it fast, didn't like it (not the reseller's fault), exhanged it for a CRT. People nice to deal with. Everything went quickly and smoothly in transaction.

Couldn't find the Hitachi CML181 Black LCD on its website, so I decided to phone them to ask if they have that model in stock.  
 
Turned out that they have that model in their warehouse.  
 
The customer service rep. was friendly and helpful.  
 
My product arrived within 24h, very amazing and effecient.  
 
The LCD was in great condition as well, no dead pixels!

Absolutely no problems. Great prices, asy to order, quick to ship and quick to receive. I know where my monitor's will be purchased from now on.

I buy everything over the Internet. Everything but Monitors, until now! If I buy 5,10, or 100 Monitors now I know who to trust. You find them a little less, but you won't find them anymore honest. Thanks Jared, you have my business, and I won't keep it to myself.
