Do not purchase anything from these people because it will take forever if your item arrives damaged and you are to get a refund.I bought a t.v.from them that arrived damaged to my house on Jan 22,2010 and they are just giving me the "run-around" to the point that I am contacting my attorney to intiate a suit against them.They made me take pictures of the box from 4 different views,of course pictures of the t.v.even though it was being sent back.When I called they were not that concerned about the situation and even told me that it was my responsibility to get the tracking #'s of the return;they were totally uninvolved in the whole process except to send me periodic emails saying that my refund is being processed and should be processed on this day or that day;this whole experience has been totally ridiculous and as of today I still have not received my refund.BUYER BE WARE,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would strongly recommend NOT buying anything form this company. Yes, they do quote good price but are an entirely unethical company and you would be taking a significant risk using them. I ordered a 60 inch TV from them. They charged my credit card right away, but then held my order. Not only that, the sales guy (Jared) somehow found out where I work and called my office claiming he is checking receptionist claiming he was checking for a fraudulent order. When I finally managed to reach him and asked he said that was "standard practice". When I asked how he got my office name/phone number his response was "I am very resourceful". He refused to put me through to his supervisor of course and I was unable to get any other contact information from their website. After a lot of pain, I finally was able to cancel my order but was told that the money will take some time to be refunded. Net - I lost time, effort and still didn't get my TV.

I placed the order because the web site stated that the monitor I ordered< Samsung 244t, was in stock, it is still showing in stock, but they have not shipped my monitor. They charge your account immediately, but when you cancel the order you have to wait 2 to 3 days for it to get credited back to your account. I will never even bother to goto this web site again, I don't trust them at all. I now have to wait for my account to clear before I can make the purchase. Be wary they have used my money for several days.

The salesperson at Monitor Outlet was friendly enough over the phone...no hard sell...and directed me away from the 50" Pioneer Plasma to the Panasonic 50" model 50PHD6UY on the basis it was the better monitor for what I was looking for....A great picture and great DVDs. The price was actually a tad more for the Panasonic and after the high end cables and some other options I was in for around $5,400.
Shipping was somewhat problemic in that Admiral arranges the local delivery of the monitor through their Chicago office and the cables and other options came separately via UPS or Fed-EX. As you can guess the Chicago office dropeed the ball in instructing the LA wherehouse for delivery and I'm sitting there at 6:00AM the Saturday of delivery with nothing set and the cable people coming "after 12 noon". With some last minute heroics Admiral finally gets the monitor delivered just after 8:00AM so a disaster turned out to be averted and I was thankful for that.
Installation was relatively simple and the HDTV picture was phenominal! But get ready for the analog lower band stations that are not HDTV to be fair to poor quality in both color and sharpnes and there's not a darn thing that can be done about it until all digital HDTV is finally installed on all channels...Another two years plus at a minimum.
BUT what extremely disconcerning to me was when I found out a couple of weeks later that the monitor I bought from Monitor Outlet did not have a DVI (Digital Video Input)! What this means is DVDs even on the best players will only play in analog quality and cannot be upscaled to digital quality!!
I feel the salesman should have advised me that this monitor from Panasonic did not have a DVI input since he knew my main purpose aside from great TV was DVDs and a home theater system!
A DVI by the way cannot be added and is not an "option"!
So although I saved money by not buying at a retail store I ended up buying a commercial model that did not have all of the functions the normal consumer model would have. Am I upset?

Couldn't find the Hitachi CML181 Black LCD on its website, so I decided to phone them to ask if they have that model in stock.
Turned out that they have that model in their warehouse.
The customer service rep. was friendly and helpful.
My product arrived within 24h, very amazing and effecient.
The LCD was in great condition as well, no dead pixels!

I ordered two Pioneer monitors (KRP-500M and KRP-600M)from Monitor Outlet in June, 2009. I was concerned about the availability of these monitors because they were being discontinued by Pioneer. I was also concerned that there were reports by several Audio/Visual forums on the web that these monitors were prone to shipping damage.
I worked with the sales team at Monitor Outlet to make sure that they had available stock and to discuss shipping arangements and possible returns if the monitors were damaged in shipment.
To make a long story short, both monitors arrived in perfect condition on the day that they were scheduled. I credit the Monitor Outlet team for their good communications and attention to detail. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase from Monitor Outlet.

Ordered a Pioneer KRP-500M plasma monitor from MO. Customer service over the phone was excellent, order was processed and shipped the following business day via Pilot freight.
I was a bit concerned at their choice of couriers, however it looks like MO/Pilot did right by me, box was in good condition, and the display is immaculate.
Monitor Outlet has been excellent to order from and I don't foresee any problems going forward, would definitely order from MO again, and would refer anyone to them.

Earlier this month I placed an order for a 50" Plasma TV. I was totally pleased with the entire purchase. Not only were the sales people courteous and polite, the dispatch team and delivery folks were professional in every sense of the word. I could not be happier. Great company to deal with. I ordered a brand new Sharp LCD (just released), and monitoroutlet.com was one of the very few online resellers to have it, and they had by far the best price. The day after I placed the order, a very friendly woman called from customer service to tell us that Sharp had delayed its shipment by 1 week, and asked if this would be O.K. One week later, as promised, Jared called to let me know the TV would arrive the next day and be shipped immediately. He offered me an extended warranty but did not pressure. Within the next few days I received an e-mail to schedule the delivery truck. The TV came as promised, on time, in perfect condition. I really appreciated the way they kept me informed throughout: everything was very transparent and accessible. Many online resellers seem to keep you in the dark about your order status, so I was very pleased by their professionalism. Overall, I had a great experience, I would recommend them highly, and I would order from them again.

Very positive experience. Ordered two large Pioneer Plasma TVs; arrived on schedule (less than 5 working days). Good prices; only one mention of an offer for an extended warranty (1/2 off) which I declined with no hassle. This company did every thing they said - Rich and Jared are the best (the sales team).

Ordered two Sharp LCD sets on 7/24/07. Spoke to "Jared". No gimmicks or hard sell. Gave me price which was about $10 higher than lowest price on price comparison sites. Other set was about $40.00 higher than lowest price I could find online. When I checked out the lower-priced sites at resellerratings.com,I found tons of very bad ratings. So, I paid a little bit more to avoid the scam guys. Sets were delivered by trucking company into my home the day of my order. They came from a local warehouse as I live in New Jersey - not Jupiter, Florida location of monitoroutlet.com. Sets were factory-sealed cartons, brand-new, with all accessories and manufacturer's USA warranty. Delivery guy kept me informed as to his delivery time. Everything came out super. Sets working great. This was by very best online buying experience. I highly recommend these guys and would deal with them again without hesitation.

Sets have been operating flawlessly. Superb picture on Sharp Acquos sets -46D93U and 26D43U. Have not seen any "banding" as noted at CNET.com. Black color looks black to me, not dark gray. I ordered Pioneer Pdp-5070Hd on Friday received it on Tuesday. I was a little leary of buying something that cost that much over internet, but they had very good reviews so I went for it. They had great communication and were very helpful. A pleasure to do business with.
And of course I love the TV!!

I ordered a Panasonic TH50PX600U. I could've have gotten it for a few hundred less but after reading the reviews of numerous online companies & the problems associated with them, I decided to go with Monitor Outlet and am glad I did. I ordered it on a Friday and would have had it by Monday/Tuesday but there was a mixed up with the trucking company. I received it on Wednesday. They offered free 2-3 business day delivery. The TV arrived in perfect shape. Their customer service is excellent. No hard sales! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Pleasure to deal with, excellent service
I am a first time internet purchaser of a high price item (Pioneer PDP-4360HD 43"plasma TV). My price was $1,000 less than here in San Jose, CA. Unit arrived the same week I ordered and worked right out of the box! I am a happy camper and will definitely consider them for future purchases.
