I ordered this product after hearing about it on a forum. The online transaction was painless and easy. The product then showed up practically overnight. It was honestly a day or two tops and there it was in the mail. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Service, product, and price were good. Seller did not acknowledge order quickly and I had to email him to ask if he had received my order. I am leaving this rating because I was requested to by the seller. The seller provided confusing and inaccurate instructions for leaving the rating and comment on this site. For example, I did not find the invoice number where he said it would be. I had to dig out my paper invoice to get it. But on the whole, my experience with this seller was satisfactory and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I would like to add that I appreciate other services provided by Bruce Wahler outside of this particular transaction. For example, the documention he wrote for the MIDI Solutions Event Processor Plus has been very helpful to me as I use that device. Thanks, Bruce!

I found Ashbysolutions.com through a list of authorized Access dealers in the US. Surprisingly there was one in the northeast, where I am located. I checked it out not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. I got a great deal, and I got great customer service. I offered to pick it up, and he offered to show me how to upgrade it and how to work it. I didn't expect that from any seller. I would definitely reccomend Ashbysolutions.com to anyone!

Ashby Solutions, and in particular Bruce Wahler did a nice job of representing the Access Music product I bought - Virus TI Desktop. The Virus itself came beautifully packaged with everything promised inside. The Virus itself however came with outdated system software that made it unusable. After several tech support calls to Bruce, we got it worked out. The solution involved updating the firmware from a Beta version to the present version. The process was involved and required some patience and persistence. I love my Virus now and Bruce did a very nice job!

They shipped the small adapter for US shipping price to Europe and I received it two days later already.

Great product. One of the best made cables I have seen. Could probably use it to tow a trailer!
