Placed order on the 11th of Dec. They charged my account for the item. They did not ship the item until after Christmas. The item they sent was not the correct one for my needs. I requested a return # which I finally got. Returned the item and it was 3 weeks before they refunded my money after they recieved the item back,less restocking fee.

Horrible. I ordered on the 14th of January. Currently it is January 29th, and I still have no clue whether or not my order has been shipped or not. After countless emails and phone calls...they emailed me back "i have to contact my dealer who shipped this so i can provide you with a tracking #" What the hell does that mean? I have no clue, but im gonna call on monday and contact them and tell them i want my damn money back. DO NOT Order from these guys!
