Received battery for my Motorola V551 from this store, but was unable to charge it. Emailed the store 6 times regarding the subject matter with no response. Tried to call the number 310-792-7320, but the number was no longer in service. It seemed the company no longer exists as of today.

Ordered LG phone case on Thu Jan 17, 2008 night. Shipped with USPS 1st class mail on Fri Jan 18, 2008 afternoon. Received on Wed Jan 23, 2008 morning. I bought it to replace my 1-year-old phone case, which its swivel belt clip was recently broken. In my opinion, the new one wasn't as well made as my old one, even though the new one was a couple of bucks more expensive. FYI, my old one was of MyBat brand, whereas the new one I just bought was of LuxMo brand.  

A few days late. Packaging lame. Was sent in a Jiffylite cushioned envelope. I would order from them again.

Ordered a USB data cable for my Motorola VU30 cellphone. Price was very good, shipping was free (USPS), and it arrived within 5 days of being mailed. Would definitely order from Wireless Emporium again.

Ordered a cellphone battery (that I couldn't find anyplace else) to be sent to the in-laws via USPS. Arrived in a couple of days at their vacation location, everybody's a happy camper.

I am very happy with this purchase and have just placed another order from them. I ordered a little cell phone case as my dollar-store number was getting a little raggedy (it is an older cellphone model). Their price was half what the cell provider wanted for same product. It fits perfectly like a glove. The order confirmation comes immediately. Then there was a bit of confusion when I tried to check on order status...clicking on the link in the email must have been putting an extra character in order number. But it was soon sorted out when I typed in manually and service email was quick to respond. I received my order promptly, packaged appropriately and now have placed an order for a pricier accessory. The website is a bit of a visual overload and the discount club advertisement a bit intrusive but it is very navigatable and hey, they have to pay the bills. Very happy and will update with how my next purchase turns out.

Pretty good selection of wireless stuff. I ordered a new faceplate for my phone a few days ago, and it just got here. I would've liked an email invoice, though, and mail when my order shipped - but I'm willing to overlook that, as I just checked the status on the site. Good service; would order from them again.

I had to buy an antenna for my Motorola V551 phone. Good prices here. The shipping was quick, once I received my confirmation e-mail. I had to e-mail them to ask for status. Stuff happens, I understand that, so I'm not holding it against them. If you do place an order it may not hurt to e-mail them to check the status. I would buy from them again.  
 
Once installing my antenna (all of 3 seconds) I noticed there was a slight color difference with the phone. It isn't too noticeable though - and I don't really care that much because I have my reception back. It does cause me to wonder whether it is a "genuine" Motorola replacement antenna.

1st purchase from this store. Product selection could be better. Site easy to navigate. VERY quick FREE shipping! Placed order the 18th, immediate confirmation e-mail. 19th got a "shipped" e-mail. Delivered the 21st. Very pleased!

Great company, great service. I ordered a USB Cable from Wireless Emporium. It was shipped the next day and I received it within 2 days via USPS.  
 
Upon finding the wire defective, I sent them an email stating the problem and what to do. The next day, someone from Wireless Emporium CALLED ME ON THE PHONE to say they have shipped out a replacement and for me to just ship the defective one back. I found it amazing that they took this level of response just from a single email! I received the replacement and it worked fine.  
Wireless Emporium kicks butt, I recommend them to anyone. They really seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers.

Placed my order on Monday, it was shipped the next day, and I received it on Friday. Everything went smoothly. I ordered a couple cell phone cases, a charger and a face plate for my phone - received everything in good, working condition. The prices were good too. I would definately order from Wireless Emporium again.

Excellent first time order results.  
Ordered on a Thursday and recieved on Monday, from across country. Prices are good and products were first rate also. Would definitely buy from again.
