This is absolutely the worst buy I have every made. Your technical guy was wrong about the size that my speakers were after I told him what crutchfield said it was. I shipped the product back in return for the right size and you people still sent me the old shipment. I will never buy from you guys again. When I saw that you sent me the old product I just said its not even worth re sending again because it took 3 weeks before I got the same speakers re sent back to me. Horrible service and your technical people dont know what they are doing.

Pitiful customer service. They substituted a newer JVC head unit. I wanted the features on the old unit. There was no email or call telling of the substitution. Then when I call customer service had the gall to say call him back on my next order and he'd discount the shipping. Why would I order from them again! System should not have allowed me to order an out of stock item in the first place. Second let me know you're going to substitute. First and last order from me.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience. The radio got here on time and in great condition. Installed it and it works well. I WILL be ordering my future car audio equipment from them from now on. Great place

Everything arrived as ordered. Shipping was normal ground shipping, seemed to take longer than other online purchases I have made. Likewise for many other online purchases the shipping was paid. Overall, not bad pricing for the product, but for the cost of shipping I could have just went to the local Best Buy and got the same item for the same price and not had to wait.

Always top notch customer service. Everything in stock when it says it is, great prices, fast shipping. I have dealt with several online stereo suppliers and these guys are by far the best! Even a price match from a competitor that is not technically an authorized internet distributor. I purchase several thousand in stereo equipment per month and would not think of purchasing elsewhere. Sometimes I find lower prices, but the quality of service matches the lower prices in my experience. They also have a great customer help line when needed. I entered my order Sunday morning and had it Friday morning. I bought a n 8" Kicker sub woofer. I think the price was very fair. I think it was priced just right. I live in Braintree, MA. so it took a week to receive my order, but I searched locally and couldn't find an 8" sub. Yes their are cheaper subs out there, but you get what you pay for, & with free shipping & no sales tax I think it was worth the wait.

This is my 2nd order with this company. I have a 3rd order as of today 08/19/09. It is still in the processing mode. If it is anything like last 2 it will be shipped by close of business today.  
 
My having ordered 3 times, so far, from SonicElectronix should tell everyone that I think they are an outstanding company in which to do business.  
 
My previous 2 orders arrived in only a few days. I think 4 -5 business days. I used standard ground shipping. Items were in perfect shape and sounded great!  
 
I will use them again in the future.

Ordered a J&R xr650-cxi speaker system and haven't gotten it installed yet. However I received it quickly and the communication was very good. Just had a bad experience with another company with much lower prices but what is a low price if you have no merchandise and lots of problems. Came back to SonicElectronix for my car audio needs!

Awesome prices and absolutely outstanding customer service and follow through. They made sure that a billing issue that I had was taken care of and that I had all the parts that I needed to install my system.
