I purchased the unit from Sonic because I had checked the same unit out at Best Buy for $79 more. However I lost $11 of that savings because the unit was sent to me defective. The CD unit would not play at all. I had to send a brand new unit back for repair at my own expense. I got the unit back, repaired, three weeks later. I can understand my paying to send it back to be checked out, but when it's discovered that the unit was broken and should never have been shipped out in that condition to begin with, I should have been reimbursed the shipping when they sent it back to me.
Ordered some component car audio speakers from their site on ebay. The communication, shipping time, packing quality and the product itself were all great. I have no reservation about recommending this online retailer. As an aside, this firm has the best quality, high resolution photographs of the products for sale of any website I have shopped. It's very useful to see exactly what one is buying before making the purchase.
SonicElectronix is a great place to shop, as well as gather information about other products. I received everything I ordered on time, and packaged well.
I have ordered several items from your company within the last month and have been well pleased in all aspects thus far.
EDIT: We have experienced problems with attempting to return merchandise and receive a refund. However, we found out there was a mixup in communication and we are partly to blame for the problem for not reading the initial email correctly. Only one person from Sonic exhibited a less than professional attitude. Otherwise the supervisor and reps we've spoken with and emailed have done their best to rectify the situation. They seem to care about their reputation and excluding the one rude rep, we are satisfied with the way things have been handled, the products, and all other features.

This was my 5th order with SonicElectronix, and it was flawless; just like the others. I have ordered all of my recent car audio equipment from them, including: Audiobahn Amp, Dynamat Dynaliner, Power cable, terminal connectors, and power distribution blocks.
All of my orders were shipped out the same or next day, and everything arrived quickly. They kept me in the know with order process and shipping email notifications. The prices are great, shipping is reasonable, the website has a great layout and search feature, and everything I have received was exactly as described.
Until now, I would spend hours searching for the lowest price on a product, and choose a store based on that. However,half the time the product wouldn't be in stock, or would take days or a week to ship. This would make me worry about receiving the product, and cause me to send emails, and waste time. After my 2nd order I knew that I was going to be happy with Sonic. Now, after my 5th order, I don't even bother checking other sites first; I got right to Sonic. I know that I will get a good price, not get screwed on shipping, and once I click "order", I can basically forget about it, knowing I will receive the product within a couple of days.
Its not often that you find an online retailer that takes control of their business, sends you the correct product, quickly, and lets you know whats going on. I have absolutely no complaints, and would highly recommend sonicelectronix to anyone.

i love this site i have told my friends and spread the word around town i know of at least 10+ people ive told about sonic.ive been dealing with them for almsot 4 years now ive only had a problem with one sub that i got but it was a manafacture defect they quickly solved my problem and i havent or nore have any my other buddys had any other problems.highly recomend them extreamly reasonable ive spent like 5 grand or so over the years and i wont order from anyone elce two thumbs up thanks sonicelctronix **dont mind the spelling or grammer not my stong points :)**

This is absolutely the worst buy I have every made. Your technical guy was wrong about the size that my speakers were after I told him what crutchfield said it was. I shipped the product back in return for the right size and you people still sent me the old shipment. I will never buy from you guys again. When I saw that you sent me the old product I just said its not even worth re sending again because it took 3 weeks before I got the same speakers re sent back to me. Horrible service and your technical people dont know what they are doing.
Pitiful customer service. They substituted a newer JVC head unit. I wanted the features on the old unit. There was no email or call telling of the substitution. Then when I call customer service had the gall to say call him back on my next order and he'd discount the shipping. Why would I order from them again! System should not have allowed me to order an out of stock item in the first place. Second let me know you're going to substitute. First and last order from me.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience. The radio got here on time and in great condition. Installed it and it works well. I WILL be ordering my future car audio equipment from them from now on. Great place

Everything arrived as ordered. Shipping was normal ground shipping, seemed to take longer than other online purchases I have made. Likewise for many other online purchases the shipping was paid. Overall, not bad pricing for the product, but for the cost of shipping I could have just went to the local Best Buy and got the same item for the same price and not had to wait.
