I was very impressed with the customer service at SonicElectronix. I had to call the company after I placed my order on Ebay to add some info and was dreading it. In the past I eather never got a live person or the company was out of the country and there was a language barrier. This time I got a helpfull person quickly and the call only took a couple of minuetes.  
 
The Stereo was a great deal and with the free shipping and installation kit I couldnt have asked for more. They also shipped the same day I ordered.  
 
SonicElectronics will def be my first stop for my car stereo needs. I am 100% satisfied with the transaction and product.

Good price on Cerwin-Vega subwoofers, same or better price on things I've bought elsewhere recently. Honest about # of items in stock, and arranged to get more at the same as the in-stock price. Shipped at the promised time; Parts arrived well-packaged. FYI, their eBay store price is better than their online store price (likely due to fewer eBay customer problems).

Sonicelectronix provided good service and knowledgeable sales representatives, but the sales representative told me the subwoofer was not in stock, when their website said it was.

I had no issues when doing business with SonicElectronix, the product was as discribed in the listing, the way they packaged the item for shipping was good and snug preventing damage. I would recommend them and I'd shop there again.

This is my third time doing business with Sonic Electronix. I bought my JL 13W7, Hifonics XXV Colossus, and other miscellaneous items from them. With the most recent order, which I placed at 12 noon, it was shipped by 5PM that day! Not only that, I did not pay for any out of the ordinary shipping, the package was supposed to get to my house in 7 days but it got to my house before I woke up the next morning! They shipped my stuff to me using a service that I have never heard of- OnTrac. VERY FAST!
