I use SonicElectronix exclusively now for car stereo purchases, because of the obvious- Selection combined with PRICE, also the customer reviews along with specs help explore choices. The online experience was very intuitive and simple to use and I would recommend this vendor to others. Price was fantastic, but only if it works... My order was for a Clarion Nav Unit. I am having trouble getting the nav system to work and am bringing it back the professional that installed it in the morning (3/6/08). I will contact the vendor, if necessary, about a repair or replace need; and cross my fingers...

Everything was shipped and got to me in just a few days. Packaged together very well. The selection and price were very hard to beat from all the other stores/websites I visited.

My order was shipped very fast. The fast delivery, however, was met with a certain amount of disdain as I review my package only to find that the wrong installation accessories had been sent to me. This delayed, and at this point 10 days after order placement, still is delaying the installation of my head unit. The dash component I need is not to be found at any local store in my area, leaving it up to Sonic's schedule as to when I would enjoy my new head unit.

It was a long time to search and find an excellent HU, until i find it in Sonicelectronix which is Jensen VM9512, it was a great apportunity for me to aquaired one unit, simply becuase the price was great compared with other store. and aside from the Unit there is freebies based on the model of your car.
moreso, i was so amazed becuase The delivery into the philippines was very fast and the unit is very fresh and truly the freebies is included in the box. on top of that. the unit itself was great becuase all the features you required are included in this cool unit. you can find this unit in www.sonicelectronix.com
Its a highly recommended unit.

I placed my order on 2/15. On 2/19 I called to get details on when my order was to be shipped and person on phone told me that it shipped that day and should receive on Thursday(2/20) or Friday(2/21). I did not receive my order until Monday the 25th. After opening the box, I noticed that there was no mounting plate and the wiring harness was different. I called and asked where was the mounting plate and was told that I would receive it on Tuesday the 26th. On the 26th I received another wiring harness but no mounting plate. Upon trying to see if this subwoofer worked I hooked it according to instructions and found that it did not work. This unit is a plug and play sub. I have another car with same sub in and decided to trouble shoot and found that my sub worked. The sub received was either defective or damaged (packaging left to much room for shifting). I decided to do an RMA and get another but was told that I need to send this back on my dime. I DID NOT LIKE THAT but I did it anyway so I could get my new product ASAP. In speaking with the warranty people, I asked "couldn't you send another to while this is transit back to you" (seemed like the best customer service thing to do)but was told they could not and that I would have to wait for you guys to receive and then it would take another 1-3 days to be processed then another unit would be sent. So the way I see it is that it is going to take another 10 days!! THAT SUCKS! NOT HAPPY WITH SONIC! Follow through is not good. Audix needs help keep get sent warranty dept. I think more could have been done to make and keep a customer.
