The speakers that I had ordered were better than expected. The price was awesome, bought the set for less than half what dealers in my area were charging. Due to the expediency of delivery, the shipping charges was reasonable. I will definetly be buying again from this store in the near future when I finish upgrading my stereo in my 91 Jetta.

My order from SonicElectronix was shipped very quickly, I had to call them to clear my address as I am in Canada, but other than that it was a smooth transaction. My encounter with UPS however, a whole different story. UPS Canada charges hidden brokerage fees, approximately 50$, plus the approx 40$ in up front shipping fees. The UPS fees totalled about 1/3 of the value of the equipment. I still ended up saving a small amount of money, however I did not know that I was sacrificing the manufacturer's warranty. The equipment appears to be brand new in the boxes however the Sonic Electronix stickers attached warn me not to contact the manufacturer with any warranty claim, but instead to deal with Sonic only. From what I saw on the website, I was lead to believe this merchandise was brand new, factory sealed, which would legally entitle me to the accompanying warranty. This makes me seriously wonder if what i purchased was grey-market or "B" stock (Refurbished). I would shop again for low cost items, but for things I plan to keep, i'd rather spend a few dollers extra and buy from an authorized dealer where the equipment comes with a real warranty. In the end, not really worth the hassle, especially if your in Canada - the fees are very excessive to get the equipment here.

Well I must say, Sonicelectronix.com is one of the best online electronics retailers Ihave ever dealt with. I purchased the Sony Bass System for an amazing price. And it sounds so gooooood. It is alot better than i anticipated so I am completely satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was the amp kit, but that was no big deal since only minorparts didn't work out. I will deffinately be buying from here again. Also, I wish Sonicelectronix sold neons because Woofers etc. was way to expensie for anything. Wish i didn't have to buy from there. the service was also really great. I had multiple emails confirming my ordr and tracking it. It arrived in just 6 days! All the way from CA to WI. Outstanding company, amazing products and prices that can't be beat. They are #1!

I recently purchasd the Audiobahn AVM372DVD overhead system. I was looking for quality for the cheapest price. Unlike most people I would have been happy with a used unit as long as its quality and function was not compromised. The unit was advertized as factory refurbished and was exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed when it came and was brand new in appearance other than a few very very hard to see abrasions. I installed the unit in an '04 Ford Expedition. I have never been a real fan of Audiobahn products but the price that Sonic electronics offered the unit for, twisted my arm and forced me to make the purchase. I am now at a loss for the right words to describe how satisfied I am with the product. I did a lot of research before I purchased and the majority of dealers are laughing at their customers on their way to the bank because their prices on low quality merchandise is astronomical. Comparing price, quality and service combined Sonic Electronics has convinced me that they are a top shelf business. I do not put my information over the internet when I purchase I always call my order in. That being said, one of the people I talked to was less than pleasant and helpful. I was immediately worried and almost changed my mind about giving my information. However, when I called back, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional.  
 
The moral to this novel that I have written is that other than one employee that has the "thats not my job attitude", I am "infinity" satisfied with the service received and exceptionally satisfied with the product I purchased so far.  
I would recommend the product and sonic electronics service to my best friend and I will!  
Without a doubt the best "price/quality" combined offered on the internet. With the five star rating system I would have to find the six.

This is a very good company. Their site is easy to navigate and everything is categorized very clearly. The only complaint I have is their long order processing. Other stereo companies have had my order processed and packed in 24 hours while these guys take about 3 business days. Other than that they are a top seller.

I'm happy with the ordering process. I received my order in a timely manner. As for the item ordered, I was not pleased due to the fact that the wiring kit that came was not for my vehicle year even though it stated that it was. I didn't see when looking for this kit that the wiring harness changed every 2 years. I did know that the faceplate didn't have the silver trim as my year has. The shop that installed my radio contacted Metra, they told them that i would have to purchase a new wiring kit. Reason for this is that the display can not work properly also the A/C system only shuts off with the ignition switch in the off postion. The other complaint is with the switches that came with the new unit. Very low quality. Had to adjust them so the would function properly. In closeing the info on this unit is going to cost me more money so as to have my A/C system & display working properly. Sincerely Edward Nino

The online experience was very intuitive and simple to use and I would recommend this vendor to others. Price was fantastic, but only if it works... My order was for a Clarion Nav Unit. I am having trouble getting the nav system to work and am bringing it back the professional that installed it in the morning (3/6/08). I will contact the vendor, if necessary, about a repair or replace need; and cross my fingers...
