My experience with sonic electronix was perfect. Everything from my 3 customer service calls regarding availability and address verification; which were answered promptly and politely, to product selection, pricing, website navigation and features. Product descriptions are usually detailed and accurate. All of my questions and issues were resolved, my order processed, and shipped in a matter of hours.
