The service was as expected; professional, quality individuals answered the phone promptly when called even on a sunday. My parts are arriving via ups today and I am happy with the service provided. It is likely that I will again use this company for future purchases.
I received the part as notified in the shipping information, but the part was for the wrong door. I don't know if the wrong part was pulled or the wrong part was in the box marked correctly. Either way, it didn't work.
everything was great accept i received a l/h part when i needed a r/h part!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am having to wait for the rma conformation to resolve this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The part was as ordered in original box> It was however out of box in sealed envelope,probably due to UPS handling.I will definitely buy from again!>Thanks

I had made the biggest mistake and ordered rotors from Autopartswarehouse. I got the wrong parts shipped to me. I had to go to more expense to get the right parts sent to me.
I will NEVER do business with Autoparts warehouse or any of its affiliates and will encourage my frinds to do the same.

USING THE WEBSITE WAS EASY AND USER FREINDLY BUT I HAVEN"T RECIEVED MY ORDERS YET AND IT HAS BEEN TEN DAYS. I CALLLED ON 6/10/09 AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT ON THE 12TH. AS OF TODAY STILL NO ORDERS.
I am please of how easy it is to buy online from your mass selection. Eventhough i had some problem to make the payment,your 800 number was of great help finding solution to my "discrepancy" and plus it took no time for the delivery.Thanks a lot..
