I was able to find hard to parts for my Daewoo at Auto Parts Warehouse that I could not find at other online parts stores. Once ordered, I received my part quickly without having to pay extra for shipping.

The shipping was very fast (and free) and they had a vacuum switch that no one else carried (except the dealer). Overall: good selection, easy to use, and fast shipping, but the prices were a little high.

The ordering process was really easy to use. The shipment came in on time. All merchandise came well packed and secured.

This transaction was handled very quickly and I also got back some money I was not expecting!! I am very satisfied with dealing with this outfit and shall not hesitate doing so again.

I was shipped the wrong part due to a warehouse error. I must pack and mail the part back and wait for a reorder. Totally unsatisfactory service!

Once again APW has cancelled an order that was listed as "in stock". This is the second order that I have had cancelled after using a discount code. I suspect that the discounts they offered would have sold the parts below cost, so they cancelled the orders claiming they were out of stock. Especially since the first time this happened, I called a few days later and all the parts were magically back in stock. WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT.

RETRACTION FOR ERROR !!!  
 
I ordered 4 different parts totalling over $900.00 and have received 2 of them. One of the parts was not the right ones and I had to modified them before I could install them (and they look like shit). I still have not received 2 of the parts I ordered over a 5 weeks ago. I was never told it would take this long. Have e-mailed them 3 times with no response. Would not do business with them again.

I place this retraction on ResellerRatings to correct my mistake. My apologizes to AutoPartsWarehouse as the "Bug Deflector" they sent me installed just fine and was received promptly and I was happy with this purchase.

If found this company to be very responsive in ordering parts. They delivered the right part at the right price on time. When I contacted them to ask a question, the response was nearly immediate and put me at ease in installing that part. I will continue to do business with this company.

The radiator arrived on time, in new condition, and very well packaged. It matched the online description and had the same dimensions as the one being replaced. So far I am completely satisfied. It remains to be seen if it is going to be reliable replacement.

Part was received quickly and undamaged. Appears to be the correct item, but not yet installed. Pleased with appearance and anticipate easy installation and operation.

While the website is a little busy and slow on my computer, I still decided to go with this purchase, because the shipping on the less expensive and better designed website was prohibitive, and here was free. I recieved everything in a timely manner, and all from one warehouse. The competition would have been less expensive, but they charged shipping from 4 or 5 separate warehouses, which ate up most of the difference. The parts are quality parts, and the selection is excellent. I will surely shop here again. Now if only they could simplify the catalog with better logic and less graphics.
