Customer services call waiting too long. Keep transfer to other contact person and in between nobody knew what is going on.
Return order it is very bad process and take too long. I had return order with Rockauto.com was very fast and very easy. Rockauto.com will send the RA number and return label right away. When they received the notify return shipment, they ship out right away the replaced item for me. Autopartswarehouse.com could not do that. I have to wait three days just to get the return label, I have to reorder the item again. I have to wait for the refund the first order item. This is wasting on my time and the Autopartswarehouse to order and reorder the same item. Also, the Autopartswarehouse.com have too much ads on their website. This is not right. I visit the website to buy auto parts, not get them free.
No wonder the quality control is very very bad too. The waterpump I ordered was new Graf, but inside the product box is a used one with the Meyle made. The coolant is still in the pump, and you can see the oil and rust on the pump. Missing two orings come with the pump. This situation can tell me that how bad is business practices and services from Auto Parts Warehouse.
