Unreliable service, did not carry parts advertised. When told one item was no longer available currently on their web site and offered a replacement which we accepted, we were then told 2 days later that that part was not available. Will never deal with this company again.
They called not 30 minutes after I left this reveiw about this reveiw promising to find the part and get it sent out and that they would call back in 30 minutes and never did. Nor have we received any e-mails telling us whats going on. At this point we just want to cancel the order and go somewhere else.

Great Sight to buy from. I always research pricing and shipping on all the parts I buy and knowone come near these guys. I don't even have to bother anymore because I know I am going to get the best deal on the internet and in most cases better than my local auto parts store.

I have ordered 2 parts and first part came within 2days and I was happy. There was no information about the 2nd part and in the packing slip no info. But in another 2days I got the other part too.
Any how I dont have any complaints because customer service sort out the issue. I have order few more parts next month.
There was great communication via emails. The order was correct and the parts were excellent quality. Delivery was faster than expected. I am very satisfied.

The part came in less than a week. It was packed extremely well and was exactly what I ordered. Finding the part on the website was a breeze. Ordering was simple and self-explanatory. Be very sure what you are ordering. Since they do not verify application nor print the vehicle on your invoice, it is just too easy, with all of the choices available, to order the wrong thing. I was also disappointed when the price of the product I ordered dropped drastically the day after I ordered it. This vendor ships quickly.
It was a great purchase! No problems at all. They said it would take a few days to get a tracking number but I received the tracking number the NEXT day, as well as receiving the package in less than a week shipping it by ground. that usually takes forever. Auto Parts Warehouse will be my 1st choice when I need to purchase auto parts again.
As always, I am very pleased with every aspect of this company. The ease in use of your site. The prompt attention and service when needed. And of course I can not forget the delivery, saddled with the free shipping... I can't remember the last time I actually enjoyed shopping online so much. Honestly, I know that every single time I order from you that I am going to get just that " what I ordered" no substitutions, no excuses. I have become quite the sales person for your company as well now. Anyone and everyone that needs any parts, I refer them to your site. Every time one of the guys at work brings me some random part to find they can never believe that I find it so quickly. It has started to become almost a challenge for them now. Web site had misleading parts info. Part did not fit. When I called, the phone person would not even aknowledge that the web site was misleading. After waiting on hold for a supervisor for 30 minutes to attempt to get them to pay for return shipping, I gave up. I sent an email complaint, and they did agree to pay shipping on the part. After 2-3 weeks, I recieved a credit for the part, but they charged me a $10 restock fee- which was 25% of the purchase price. Neeless to say, I do not feel that a re-stock fee was warrented for a mis-represented part description. I have emailed a complaint but recieved no reply. After spending over $1000 at this site in the past few years- I will NEVER use them again. I will also warn my friends, family, and co-workers about this vendor and their deceptive parts descriptions.
