Ordered a car part for overnight delivery at a very high cost before ship cutoff time on Wed, Oct 28, and was assured by rep it would ship that day. It didn't. Called back next day and was assured again it would ship that day....it didn't. After days trying to cancel the order and being refused to talk with manager it was shipped overnight at my expense a week later, Nov 4. Horrible company, horrible customer service, buyer BEWARE!!
They got nice prices in few things, but they do have few catches trying to get people to pay higher shipping, i did pay next day air ($23,00) on Friday morning just to received everything Monday afternoon, the excuse was and i quote "UPS do not deliver on Saturday" but they didn`t say nothing about it in the webpage, i just received a email stating this 12 hours later, so they send me the whole thing by ground and i did miss two days of my holydays for this reason, when i did send a email to them making them clear than UPS do deliver on Saturdays they never answered, obviously i would never again buy nothing there and i don`t recomend anybody buying nothing there `till they dont change this scam practices.
After reading all the complains from a lot of persons i recomend you to pray to God before you order something in there, if something goes wrong or you received the wrong part or they charge wrong your credit card the customer service is so good als non existent and you can ended with a very big headache and with less money in your pocket.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I will ever deal with this company. Ordered two new headlamp assy.'s for an 02 Ford Focus and one was defective, or missing a part on the inside of the housing that holds the reflector in place. This was not A.P.W.'s fault it was DEPO's , the assy manuf. No big deal I thought I'll just send it back. The return process for APW was rediculous and very time consuming. There were about ten instructions that had to be correct for the return to be accepted by them, ex putting the part and its orig box inside of another box and writing a return code in black in a certain location on that box, only sending through fed-ex, all in all HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
And it took the returns dept fifteen emails back and forth for them to put the right part # on the return slip. And dont try calling the return # they give because no one will ever answer. BOO A.W.P. and your customer service. Just hope what you get is right the first time. Also the part cost me $145.59 and it cost about $12 for the whole new box deal, but either way they only credited me $140.12 to my acct. No idea why I got shorted but its worth it to never have to deal with those people again.

Easy site to navigate & order from, but HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered brake pads & rotors for my 99 Acura TL. The website stated that they had everything in stock, so I placed an order. Four days later, I received the rear rotors, but not the front rotors or brake pads. I tracked the package which indicated that the pads were delivered, but I had not received them. I called Customer Service, & advised them that FEDEX delivered the pads to the wrong address. Instead of tracing the package Customer Service argued with me. Finally they agreed to trace the package. Called the next day, they did not trace the package, but Customer Service agreed to send replacements. They never came. Called back to Customer Service for the 3rd time and asked for a refund on the brake pads. So far nothing has been credited on my account. I ended up ordering the brake pads from Tirerack.com. To top it all off, the front rotors naver came either-they didnt have them in stock. Go figure...I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Do NOT order from this company!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered windsheild wiper blades for my 04 Dodge Viper from Auto Parts Warehouse and they shipped the wrong blades. They were 2" shorter and had the wrong connection to the arm. They sent several emails with the last one explaing how to return the parts and gave me a shipping number. They also stated that the packaging needs to be in unopened original packaging. Now I ask you...how do you find out the parts you received don't fit unless you take them out of the package? I emailed my frustrated question to them and they said I can't return an opened package even though they sent the wrong part. They offewred to waive the restocking fee...what a nice gesture (kidding)...I will never do business with this company again...terrible customer service....ships the wrong parts and your stuck with them.....it would cost me more to return the parts then what i would get back in a credit.

I am very disappointed with your site, I thought I had found an online store where you can buy spare parts for my Jeep Cherokee, but I do not understand why you refused to ship in Italy, I state that I have done much business with the U.S. without problems, needing other parts, if you're willing to send me sent me a nice day.
This is one of the worst companies to try to deal with. First of all, hardly nobody there speaks english -- they all seem to be foreign and on a bad connection. I have tried for three weeks to return the parts that I ordered and have got nothing but the run around. The parts were advertised on their web site for a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 - but when I received the parts they looked nothing like what was on my truck. When I was asked why I wanted to return them I was told that I needed to be more specific as to why they wouldn't work on my truck --- How much more specific can you be when you say they look nothing like what is on the truck. Then they wanted me to pay the return shipping for a product they sent me that did not match their own discription. Then there was the restocking fee issue which of course was for a product they advertised to fit a certain truck and did not - they did finally agree to waive that. Let me just say in advance that my truck has not had the rotors/brakes replaced elsewhere because I bought the truck brand new with only 20 miles on it so I wasn't like the rotors/brakes were changed and I wasn't aware of it. Now I am currently waiting approximately 4 weeks for a refund to be issued to my Bill Me Later account. Isn't it amazing how they can take the money from that account almost immediately but when they have to refund it that is a whole different story. This has been one of the worst experiences when ordering from an on-line company. I will not order anything else from this company and I can assure you that I will let everyone know how awful this company is to deal with. I will leave a negative feedback everywhere I possibly can because this has been going on 4 weeks of dealing with this company with still no resolution in sight. I am positive mine is not the only complaint with this company because I could hear other "representatives" in the background asking the same questions that "my representative" just went through with me. Be careful when ordering from this company. I know I have learned my lesson and will not be a future customer of theirs.
I was not pleased with my experience with this company as far as their communication with their customers is concerned. I ordered some parts from them, and those parts were not in stock. Auto Parts Network did not send any sort of notification about this, or that they would be refunding my money. In order to find all of this out, I had to call when I realized that my order was not being processed. When I called, I did not feel like they took the time to understand my concerns about these issues, but they did try to sell me other parts, and wanted my debit card information in order to charge me again for parts that only cost a couple of dollars more than what I had already paid for. I just feel like after the non-communication, that they would have taken greater lengths to make sure that I was happy with their service as opposed to pushing more merchandise on me. I will not be ordering any parts from this company again.
Product itself was great. The customer service and the web site were less than desirable. I've ordered a lot of parts and goods over the internet and never had problems like this. When you call customer service nobody can speak clear english making it very difficult to accomplish anything. I only now one other guy that has bought stuff from Auto parts Warehouse and he had nothing but problems also. This was my first and last purchase from Auto parts Warehouse and I will let others know not to order from here.
I received my order and it was wrong, I order online and did not save the order so I coldn't proof tha it was not my mistake If you check on your records you couldbe able to find out that I called up and talk to your sales representatives asking for certain part not the one you guys sent me> definetlly not the best experience!

Order several item but would like to change it almost immediately placing the order, but wasn't able to because the order status is in processing?? They should allow customer to make change within at least an hour from time of order. Next thing you know they send me the tracking noting that shipper received their info. This website doesn't have a warehouse or inventory, items were shipped from 3 different location, I had to refuse all 3 packages and emailed them numerous time of package refusal. After one month I still haven't received my refund. Had to put on hold on phone for the outsourced customer rep to talk to accounting to process my refund, and I bet the accounting dept is outsourced also in another country. This is an empty website with little to no management you can talk to.
Not a good experience for the second time. The first time, I placed the order, was quickly charged for the product, shipping, and handling. A few days later found that the part was backordered and was refunded the shipping and product cost, but not for the handling. The took another 2 weeks and a few emails before I was refunded the handling.
On another try, I again was charged quickly for two parts. One item was shipped quickly and appears to be correct. The other part however is no where to be found. The invoice I received said both parts were to be shipped within 48 hours. Now here I go again with emails to find out about the rest of my order.
Next time, I am going to root around at the junk before putting up with the crap I am going through.
They told me that a part I ordered was no longer available, so they credited my account. I checked their website and the part was listed as "in stock". I wrote them several times, but didn't get a reason why the website didn't match what they were saying. Was it because I ordered the part during a sale and they didn't want to honor the advertised discount on that particular part. Hmmm, I wonder.
Unreliable service, did not carry parts advertised. When told one item was no longer available currently on their web site and offered a replacement which we accepted, we were then told 2 days later that that part was not available. Will never deal with this company again.
They called not 30 minutes after I left this reveiw about this reveiw promising to find the part and get it sent out and that they would call back in 30 minutes and never did. Nor have we received any e-mails telling us whats going on. At this point we just want to cancel the order and go somewhere else.
