The website stated brake rotors were in stock, so I ordered other items as well. The rotors were not is stock so 2 days later they informed me that they were not in stock and that I could not cancel the rest of the order. The website still posted the rotors in stock. I contacted them and asked if they had the rotors in stock, they said "yes" but when I let them know about my situation could not tell me why they were not in my order...VERY MISLEADING. WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN

i will have to return the part. the descriptions in each part section are VERY MISLEADING. The parts description clearly stated that the part will fit my truck. It will not. Mark, who would not give me his supervisor, stated the word " UNIVERSAL" meant some modifications will be required, he went on to say that "I" ordererd the wrong part, wrong again, your description clearly says it will fit my truck, along with oyhers that will not fit my truck. All i want is my money back, and i will shop somewhere else, PS tell Mark to look up the definition of UNIVERSAL in an American dictinary.
thumbs down. Shipping was slow, wrong part delivered, and wanted a restocking fee and shipping fees for me to return it and get the right part. And the two people I talked to, barely spoke english.
I ordered an $18.00 part from this store and it has taken an email and 2 phone calls just to get a RA number (which you must have to return the part) from a company that boasts a "hassle-free" return policy. First, I filled out the return request online--no response. I called 3 business days later and was sent a return authorization email with no RA number. Called the second time and was sent the same email. After insisting to have the RA number in writing it was sent it in a separate email. Time spent on two phone calls--26 minutes. While reading the "hassle-free" return policy I read that once I send the part back I need to call again and give my tracking number to a service rep. and wait up to 4 weeks to get a credit. I have ordered a lot of items online and this is the worst return policy I have ever encountered. I have never taken the time to write a review of any company online if that gives you any idea of just have annoyed I am with this company. My advice- shop elsewhere.

I thought that I was saving a lot of money shopping online at autopartswarehouse.com and I did. However, when I received the $200.00 in parts they were all wrong. So I called and complained. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee of $28.00 plus I had to pay for return shipping. THis is not right. They screwed up and they should have to pay for everything. But they won't. I will never do any business with them every again.
Just got some parts from AutoPartswarehouse.com AKA Auto Parts Warehouse AKA US Auto Parts Virginia AKA OEM/PARTSBIN.
Their customer dis-service is handled out of India.
They sent me the wrong part. I ordered a part for a Mercury - they sent me one for a Honda. Now they are charging me 20% restocking fee plus I'm to pay the return shipping. I will send it back and dispute the charge on my VISA and notify the BBB in CA and VA.
Just a "heads-up." Don't buy anything from these, um, whatevers....
The 4th time was the charm.
Yes it took FOUR times to get me the right part.
With a batting average of .250 this could be a highly paid baseball player. NOT
It took this company four tries to finally get me the proper part.
I was very lucky. The part I needed was not a show-stopper. My vehicle was not stuck on jack stands for TWO MONTHS!
I think the problem was with the folks who pull the parts in the warehouse.
In the future I think the company needs to check future hires ability to read basic English. Comprenda?
parts were easy to find, and all searches for my specific vehicle were relevant to my vehicle. shipping was fast and free. the fuel pump that i ordered though failed at both of it's main purposes.after being installed correctly with verification from a mechanic. first the fuel gauge did not work. then after a short trip and sitting overnight the fuel pump stopped working properly and was not delivering nearly enough pressure to start the car. this alone i would not be dissatisfied with as the part was under warante but the warantee does not cover the cost of replacement this i am extremly dissatisfied with as replacement of the part is more than triple what i paid for the part. it is my beleif that a company should stand by what they sell and not skimp out when something goes wrong. i am a hard working college student that dose not have the time or the money to have this part replaced a second time.
i do not want you gas,it probably is no good either.you ripped me off out of 41.70.you have people in the phillipines that no one can understand.you need to be shut down.i can not believe that our country allows people like you in the country.i plan on sending to everyone on the web i can.although it will not do any good.its hard to beat crooks in another country.
Very disappointed with this Web based company. I placed an order for a quantity of six items, two days later I received an e-mail that they did not have the product and it was back ordered. They were sending a credit to me; when I called them directly and asked if I could wait until the product arrived I was told "no". I was told I could wait two or three weeks to reorder myself. I can not remember a time when I was not able to wait for an item from a company, if I wanted to. I was very disappointed.
I ordered 2 different air filters from autopartswarehouse (both appeared in stock on the website). The first arrived within a few days, but there was no indication about the 2nd air filter so I called customer service. Customer Service could NOT provide any update about the 2nd filter (apparently it was NOT in stock and they did not have any idea when they would have it from their supplier). I simply asked to cancel the order as I knew I could get the air filter somewhere else. Their response was to WAIT for the part to arrive and then call them back to return it. In the mean time I have a car I cannot drive while it waits on a new air filter from autopartswarehouse. I will NOT order from these guys again.
JUST AVOID! Don't put yourself in the same position that I was in. It took me forever to get the two parts that I ordered. Here's what happened:
I ordered 2 parts and paid extra for the overnight shipping. They sent 1 part overnight, and the other part was sent through regular post. I waited for a week for the other part to arrive while my car sat in the garage. I contacted them immediately and even though they hadn't shipped out the 2nd part, they didn't want to ship it through overnight shipping.
And get this, they charged for overnight shipping on both items!
Avoid these guys, avoid these hassles, JUST SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I canceled my order. They keep asking for a copy of my credit card bill every time I order. I have an account with password, and have ordered from them before. This delays shipment by 1-2 days. Delivery of auto parts is often time critical, I WILL GO ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE.
I did not receive my part. After they deducted my account for the cost, they called me 3 days later to tell me the part was discontinued, and didn't 'know when I'd get my refund from the bank'. I think that's a pretty shoddy way of doing business. If you don't have the part available, you shouldn't deduct someone's account for it and then call them DAYS later to tell them you don't have it.
Very unhappy. They have sent me wrong parts. When I called for a replacement, I had to spend more than 80 min and speak 3 people. According to their policy, I need to make a new order, pay for it, use my time and gas to ship the wrong parts back, and only after they have received they are going to KINDLY give me a full refund for the WRONG parts by THEIR mistake. I asked discounts for this, and they said they cannot, and again they KINDLY offere up to 10% discount for selected parts for the future order.
I accept this kind of things happen, but keeping me on the phone for 80 min, forcing me to speak to 3 people, and asking same set of questions again and again are not very nice. And they gave me nothing (actually I had to spend time and gasoline to send their mistake back). Also, I have to pay double until the wrong parts reach to their warehouse.
