Great service and good price.

I placed my order on Oct 28th. I received an email stating my parts would arrive on Nov 3rd. I did receive a door handle on that day. Next day I sent an email wanting to know where my parts were. I got a response that my new expected delivery date is Nov 18th. This was my first time ordering from this company. The main reason I placed a order with this company is that they had everything I needed, and shipping was supposedly quick. (2 days ground)  
 
I now have an angry customer. I'm fustrated that I really cannot do anything about it except wait.

the store did not notify me that my order comes in two separate packages

The order was a great price and product was very good. The shipping carton was heavy duty but pack very loose and we were lucky that nothing was broke or bent.

Ordered a car part for overnight delivery at a very high cost before ship cutoff time on Wed, Oct 28, and was assured by rep it would ship that day. It didn't. Called back next day and was assured again it would ship that day....it didn't. After days trying to cancel the order and being refused to talk with manager it was shipped overnight at my expense a week later, Nov 4. Horrible company, horrible customer service, buyer BEWARE!!

The part came quickly and accurately as described. Smooth transaction with the company, Thanks!

I didn't receive a shipment tracking number, until after the product arrived.

The service with autoparts ware house is very good, I am a returning customer. My last order arrived in 2 days and shipping was free. I couldnt get better service. I am very satisfied, and I will be surely purchasing more parts for my Audi A4

Item was received in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed. This seller's website is easy to use and the service is great. I would recommend this seller to anyone needing auto parts.

Ordered a hood, fender, and hood hinges for a 1997 camry. Came quickly and perfect condition, at lower price than other sources I could find.

This driver side window regulator has the same PLASTIC holder for the steel string which is subject to break. The regulator motor comes with an attached metal plate. The three original screws could not screw in the metal plate properly because of the threading diffference. I had to use a fastner in hte back to secure the screws. The window was installed and things seemed to work well except that you could hear a bit sizzing sound from he the top of the window frame when car was moving fast (50 miles up)

Everything went s expected. Shipping was as planned, and updates were provided at each step so I always knew what was happening.

The part of the order which was sent shipped almost immediately and arrived quickly. I did have an issue in that part of my order (the part that I cared about) was not in stock and could not be re-ordered. Their site made no indication that they were out of stock. As a result, I received the part that I could have bought cheaper locally, and didn't receive the part I really needed. Had I known prior to them shipping that they couldn't order this part, I would have cancelled the order.

I really liked being able to find what I needed so easily and very cost effective. I also needed a bit of help and received it through the instant messaging service department. Thanks so very much!!
