I ordered at 11.45 on 13th January. Was informed at 13.45 that my order was despatched and received it at 9.15 on 14th January. Well packaged complete with instruction manuals. Very impressed and I will certainly buy again.

Pre-ordered before item was said to be in stock. It was delivered within two days of coming into stock. It was well packaged, on opening the package the second hand game looked like new. As of yet it hasn't been used ( Christmas present ) but I feel I would use Chillouts good service with confidence again.
