I was sent a dispatch email the same day I placed the order (Mon). As they were sent 1st class I was a little worried when they had not arrived by Fri. E-mailing Chillout games I was impressed with their quick response and the knowledge they had - they told me when they would be able to report the parcel lost to Royal Mail and what I could do until then. This was all phrased in a friendly manner. The parcel 'arrived' Friday afternoon - though I was unaware as I was at work. I collected it Saturday & the posting date on the stamp matched the dispatch date I was given.
Despite Royal Mails delay, I have found Chillout Games to be friendly & professional - with what would have been a very quick delivery (without the Royal Mail strike backlog). They seem very willing to help the customer solve problems without being accusing, condescending or making you feel like you are making an unnecessary fuss.
