Two items were ordered. One was received two days later and the second within the delivery period. Both were exactly what was ordered. I will order from them again in the future.

The bumper cover for my Chrysler 300M fit beautifully. It is cut, bored and drilled precisely to fit. The plastic is actually a tougher/stronger material than the OEM cover. I haven't repainted it yet, but it still looks great. I had to wait a while for the shipping company to send it, other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you. Robert

The item ordered was exactly the item I needed.  
Shipping took a day or so longer than I would prefer-but actually I ordered it way early than when I need it. (It came from one coast to the other.) Transit time was reasonable.  
Shipping costs were reasonable.  
I'm happy!

I placed an order on a blower motor resistor 3 and half weeks ago and still have not received it. They did charge my CC right away.  
 
I called them 4 days ago and they keep on telling me the order is in progress yet can not provide an estimated ship date. Basically they either have no clue of the availability or they know they dont' have it yet but won't let me cancel the order. I requested the order to be cancelled and the lady over the phone assured me I will see my refund in 3 to 4 days.  
 
They sent me an email today saying the order is "in progress" and can not be cancelled. I called again and they gave me the same run around, basically they have no clue if the item is in stock. I was told they can not give me a firm refund date because they are not sure if the item has been shipped or is already on the way out.  
 
Basically, they don't know if they have the part, they don't know when or if I will ever get the part, they refuse to give me a refund.  
 
I will dispute this with my CC company and never ever do business with them again!

Shipping was fast. Aluminum license frame looks great but the fasteners were the wrong size for my car.

Return customer here. As usual the shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it. Well packaged order arrived in perfect condition. No reflection on Car Parts Wholesale but the PUTCO third brake light is a cheaply assembled low quality import with a flimsy feel and sub grade chrome look finish. Sealed unit does not allow for changing LEDs so I assume it's a disposable...at nearly 80 bucks. CPW would do well to halt selling PUTCO product. The other 2 items (plate frame and mud flaps) were exactly as described.
