I placed an order on a blower motor resistor 3 and half weeks ago and still have not received it. They did charge my CC right away.
I called them 4 days ago and they keep on telling me the order is in progress yet can not provide an estimated ship date. Basically they either have no clue of the availability or they know they dont' have it yet but won't let me cancel the order. I requested the order to be cancelled and the lady over the phone assured me I will see my refund in 3 to 4 days.
They sent me an email today saying the order is "in progress" and can not be cancelled. I called again and they gave me the same run around, basically they have no clue if the item is in stock. I was told they can not give me a firm refund date because they are not sure if the item has been shipped or is already on the way out.
Basically, they don't know if they have the part, they don't know when or if I will ever get the part, they refuse to give me a refund.
I will dispute this with my CC company and never ever do business with them again!
