STAY AWAY if you want to receive your product. They ignored the correct "Bill to" and "Ship to" information that I entered in the online form that they require, and instead dug an old address out of my paypal account and shipped the product there, without informing me of the change or taking me to the paypal site for confirmation. I live in South Carolina. My radiator went to iowa. I paid $44 to have it forwarded. THE WORST. THEY SUCK. It was ludicrous.

In today's time, service is something that was in the old days or rarely seen now. Much to my surprise Car Parts debunked that myth. Ordering & checkout were very easy & item arrived in just a few days. More surprises were in store for me. The part looked better than OEM & installation was a breeze. I'm very happy with the over-all process & especially since my door is back working as good as new. Thanks for being there!

I have contacted customer service before I placed an order from them for a bumper and I have asked them 3 times if the bumper is OEM and NOT an aftermarket part. They told me that is is OEM repeatedly so I went ahead and made my purchased. Needless to say, when I received my part, it was not OEM. Shipping was decent but they should train their employee to be more knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with this seller. The website is dead simple to use. Several brands were offered from which I could select. Instructions for installing the parts are included on many of the parts pages. I placed an order for more than $50 in merchandise in order to take advantage of free shipping. The order arrived very quickly and the part fit and works perfectly. I was so impressed with CarPartsWholesale.com that I decided to place another order last night. I found a $5 off coupon code--always a bonus for a deal hunter. The selection was terrific--I found everything I needed and more. Even though my items totaled over $72, I was assessed $24.08 in shipping and handling charges. This was a new, unwelcome development. I quickly changed my mind and did not place the order. I'm now shopping other vendors' sites for the products. So what gives, CarPartsWholesale.com? Where is that great free shipping? Why have you decided to gouge your customers with ridiculously high shipping and handling expenses? I could see it if I'd ordered an engine block, but air filters don't weigh that much!

had 2 seperat deliveries 1 took 4 days the other took 7 days compeatly delayed the body shop from painting my car not happy at all with shipping or handeling handaling cost more than parts and it was not handled corectly

Received one of the shock absorber part # W0133-1610870 with no hardware kit (nuts, bolts and washers). Shock box was damaged and taped shut. Talked to Dan ext 344 at customer service and he said that I would be refunded the price of the shock. Also that I would be notified via email.  
That was August 3rd and still no email or credit to my credit card.  
 
Overall I am very satisfied with your company. Quality parts and great pricing. My order number is 8462173.

Super service received bumper in less time than anticipated.

The Brute Force cold air intake proved to be a good investment for me.  
I have seen an increase in mileage by 1.5mpg. That is a 10% increase on my 06 Avalanche. The engine breathes so much better. Sounds better and definitely has more horsepower.
