Quick service and it is exactly what I ordered. Not to mention it is about $40 cheaper than anywhere else I could find the part. The part I bought was actually cheaper than any part I could find in a junk yard!!

I placed an order for a driver side mirror on Friday afternoon. What I needed was a passenger side mirror. I contaced customer service Saturday evening to inquire whether I could correct the problem before the wrong mirror shipped out. I was told by customer service that the mirror had already shipped.  
 
So I checked the Fedex tracking number and there was no information on Saturday or Sunday. I check the tracking number again on Monday afternoon, and the mirror didn't ship out until Monday morning.  
 
Needless to say customer service lied about the mirror shipping. Now I either have to pay to ship the mirror back, pay a 20% restocking fee, and reorder and pay for shipping for a new mirror; Or I have to just order another mirror.  
 
If you have to order from this company, make sure you get it right the first time because they are unwilling to work with you afterwards.

My order arrived promptly and in pristine condition. I have yet to have a problem with car parts wholesale. Your name says it all; you always have the lowest prices. As an owner of cars older than 19 years old, I know I'll be a customer for a long time. Keep up the ggod work.

I was originally very pleased with the price and service from Car Parts Wholesale.com until I read the Sales Invoice, which specified the part I ordered is for a "2 door coupe/3 door hatchback". The description on the website page did not specify this, so I don't know if it is the correct part or not, necessitating a call for more info.

Part came quickly, installed easily, and works better than new.

Ordered a Hood Strut for a VW Passat. I was not charged for shipping and received the corect part in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I really searched for this part, locally and on-line. I found the best price at Car Parts Wholesale. I was even a little nervous about ordering it because the price was so good for an OEM, Bosch part. The part was for a BMW and many suppliers called the part by names other than the name the BMW manual used and many of the photos didn't match the part I had. Car Parts Wholesale used the correct naming convention, a great photo and the description was detailed enough that I was confident I was purchasing the correct part. The shipping was free and I had it delivered to my door the NEXT DAY!!! It was indeed the exact replacement and installed perfectly. Buying on-line is risky and waiting for parts is very inconvenient. You guys are 100% on both counts! Great job and thanks for exceeding my expectations!
