I was lied to and told what I wanted to hear just so I would place an order. When the order never arrived, I called to find out what was going on. They had lost my information (everything but the credit card number). They wanted to re-place my order and told me it would take up to a month to receive it.

STAY AWAY if you want to receive your product. They ignored the correct "Bill to" and "Ship to" information that I entered in the online form that they require, and instead dug an old address out of my paypal account and shipped the product there, without informing me of the change or taking me to the paypal site for confirmation. I live in South Carolina. My radiator went to iowa. I paid $44 to have it forwarded. THE WORST. THEY SUCK. It was ludicrous.

I have contacted customer service before I placed an order from them for a bumper and I have asked them 3 times if the bumper is OEM and NOT an aftermarket part. They told me that is is OEM repeatedly so I went ahead and made my purchased. Needless to say, when I received my part, it was not OEM. Shipping was decent but they should train their employee to be more knowledgeable.

July 30,2009 I was asked to write a review for my order. As today I still have not recieved my item, payment processed over a week ago. contacted company by email on three seperate occasions and was told that when infomation becomes avalible they will let me know. In the meantime they have my money and i have an email with someone word that information regarding my order will be sent when they know. If my part s not her by the end of the month I am going to challenge the charge with my bank and shop some where else.

I placed an order on a blower motor resistor 3 and half weeks ago and still have not received it. They did charge my CC right away.  
 
I called them 4 days ago and they keep on telling me the order is in progress yet can not provide an estimated ship date. Basically they either have no clue of the availability or they know they dont' have it yet but won't let me cancel the order. I requested the order to be cancelled and the lady over the phone assured me I will see my refund in 3 to 4 days.  
 
They sent me an email today saying the order is "in progress" and can not be cancelled. I called again and they gave me the same run around, basically they have no clue if the item is in stock. I was told they can not give me a firm refund date because they are not sure if the item has been shipped or is already on the way out.  
 
Basically, they don't know if they have the part, they don't know when or if I will ever get the part, they refuse to give me a refund.  
 
I will dispute this with my CC company and never ever do business with them again!

I ordered a part they claim to have in stock and promised a tracking number withing 48 hrs of purchase so I could monitor progress in shipping. I called costomer service after the 3rd day and was told to allow another 24 hrs for the order to be processed. To date is has been a week since I placed my order and I still have not gotten the product I ordered much less a tracking number. The last time I used them my shipment came in about a week. I have emailed the sales and customer service department and asked that someone contact me regarding this order and I have still not heard anything back. I have requested a refund and will not recommend this company to anyone if this matter is not resolved. There are too many other people out there looking for new customers both online and in my local area. But all I can say about my most recent purchase is that I am very disappointed in Carparts!

Shipping was fast. Chat on line with representative was the worst. I ended up getting something else besides what I have ordered.  
Tried chat again to complain , I was told send it back, they could not go an extra mile to try to help.  
Sent an email complaining , as of yet no response. It has been two days.

I ordered brake pads and struts. I was skeptical about this place but read some reviews on this very website and decided to go for it. The brake pads shipped the same day on a Wednesday. I had it the following Tuesday. I was very surprised at the quickness of ground shipping. However only the brakes arrived. Then on strut shipped out a week after. And then the rest of it shipped out almost anoter week after. I was very displeased with the delay in the shipping, the one box with the strut was broken. Overall 3 weeks for ground shipping.... That should be a joke. Very unhappy. I'll just go to my local store instead.

My experience was nothing short of painful. I ordered and received the part that is listed on the web page and when I received it, it is not the right part. I am not sure who is at fault, only that I was not able to get the part that I needed. Either the Timken bearing company or your company has an error that cost me 5 days without a car. I spent a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes on the car trying to rectify the problem only to find that I could not get the part that I need, even though it is listed on the website. I will not likely do business with you again. Your staff was less than capable, less than empathetic, and after a RIDICULOUS amount of time on the phone wound up with nothing but a higher cell phone bill due to this companies inability to provide what their website offers.

Never do business with this company. They only shipped me 3 of 4 items I ordered. Their customer service is horrible. Slow to respond. I offered to follow up by faxing packing slips to verify that I did not recieve everything. I tried to contact them via web chat and after waiting 15 minutes, the chat started, I provided details and they disconnected the session.  
 
I will never do business with this company again... neither should you!

these guys really need to get their stuff together. they overcharged me approx. $270 on the date of purchase. when i was reviewing my bank statement online i discovered this error, and immediately brought it to their attention. they said that they would replace the money in my account a.s.a.p, but it has been three days and at this point there is still no money that has been replaced. not to mention i also still have not recieved a tracking number or invoice for the last purchase from them, however they charged another $255 to my account. whoever runs their customer service department should take a look at the way they are treating their customers, otherwise they are going to lose a lot of business. if i continue to be treated this way, i might as well go to my local auto part store, who will match any price i print and bring in their store. i wouldnt mind telling anyone who would listen about the troubles ive had with these guys so far either. i am extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with their services and the way they do business.

Ordered a tie rod assembly for my Land Rover. It does not fit my car. Speaking with the man in returns got us nowhere. He kept arguing with my husband and myself talking over us and not listening to what we were trying to tell him. This part is too long to fit on our vehicle. The man has a strong accent and spoke too fast causing me to not understand much of what he was saying. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was accused of insulting him because I could not understand him. He wanted us to return the part at our expense and also pay a restock fee for a part that does not fit our car! I am still waiting for a return authorization number. I cannot recommend them for others to shop there. Buyers BEWARE!

First order with company and very unhappy. Ordered a Silla ac condenser for a premium and instead they shipped a cheapo aftermarket one. They billed me and showed on my order confirmation the correct one but substituted on the packing slip without crediting the difference. Spent an hour on hold to get the difference credited back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered a fuel pump from Car Parts Wholesale they shipped the part to the wrong address and the wrong state. They would not send me another part until they made a claim with ups and they said it would be up to 30 days to get a refund. None of this was my fault i provided the right address. This is terrible customer service.
