Had the lowest price of all sites on a Canon Optura 30. Canon was offering $100 rebate and their site didn't try to mislead by including it in price. Dealt with Peter at extension 318. He did try to sell me other add-ons like any good salesman but did not push it or become rude when I said I didn't want anything else. Called back a couple of days later to see if could rush order out and Peter took care of it quickly. Customer Service dealings were pleasant as well. Got it timely like said and even got a bonus of some free software that I did not expect. Would definitely buy from Peter again.

They put me on "endless hold" when I refused to add 20% to my order for a 2nd battery.

horrible people to deal with... withheld from shipping product until they got a chance to shove down additional options down your throat. When asked if possible to return everything in case something is undesired, they clearly replied "Yes, you may return everything you order without a problem if you don't like it."  
 
Called in to return the optional things which were unopened, and was rudely told to read the receipt, as batteries are final purchases. When I tried to pleed my case, stating that the sales rep had told me EVERYTHING is returnable/refundable, I was once again simply told that nobody could have said that and to refer to the terms... What a pile a crap. How can anyone run a buisness based on lies? When they sell you the product... they're the nicest people, but when it comes to your interests, you might as well talk to the wall because nobody at electrodiscounts gives a crap about you once you hand over the cc

Buyer beware! I will never do business with this store again and neither should you! They lie, they use high pressure sales tactics, customer service is rude and unhelpful, and they take forever to ship! They didn't ship my product until 9 days after they charged my credit card!! I returned a warranty purchased through them a month ago and they have yet to refund my money!! Do not do business with these people unless you like being taken advantage of!
