Order came when promised. Packaging was more than adequate to ship product safely. Price was very good. I would purchase through them again.

So far, so good. Shipping price seemed high, though this was balanced by a rebate which was easy to find and download from manufacturer site.

I purchased a notebook, ACER Ferrari 4005WLMi and it works great. I am now able to take my work with me on the road, I don't know if that's a good thing. The whole buying process was a breeze. I would definately buy from Electrodiscounts again.

Excellent in all aspects - had the best price, delivery speed was exceptional, web site & ordering procedure was quite good, & since I had multiple ship addresses, I talked with the customer services folks who were very helpful.

I was very pleased with my recent shopping experience. We had purchased this LCD TV online with another company and waited weeks and it still was not delivered, no one knew where the product was and they would not give us a credit until they investigated the issue. We then cancelled the order and surfed the net for another company, found Electrodiscounts and thought the price was too good to be true, $100 less, well we went with it and requested the ground shipping and we had it in 4 days. We have never had that experience with an other company, and we were able to track the shipping through the email Electrodiscounts sent us which was very good and very easy. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. ...

An excellent experience. I ordered late in the afternoon and requested overnight in my online order. The products came the next day at the end of the day. The cost for overnight shipping was unbelievably low for what I ordered.

They did email me after I placed my order and said I needed to call before they would ship order out. When I called they just tried to give me a hard sell on every imaginable accessory. After saying "no" 20 times, finally the order was put through. Great price, good restocking fee (only 5%) but their timeframe for returns is only 14 days on cameras, kind of short. Bought a Canon Eos 20D, LOVE it. This place was great, best price on a US Warranty, unopened, no accessories removed, non-remanufactured unit. Received mine in TWO days! I haven't been this delighted with a purchase in a while. Easy to use, excellent results!

Had the lowest price of all sites on a Canon Optura 30. Canon was offering $100 rebate and their site didn't try to mislead by including it in price. Dealt with Peter at extension 318. He did try to sell me other add-ons like any good salesman but did not push it or become rude when I said I didn't want anything else. Called back a couple of days later to see if could rush order out and Peter took care of it quickly. Customer Service dealings were pleasant as well. Got it timely like said and even got a bonus of some free software that I did not expect. Would definitely buy from Peter again.

Well, I was suckered in on this one, I think. This company has a very good resellerratings, with many favorable comments. I ordered a camcorder and the next day they called to try to sell me overpriced accessories and warranties. I finally conviced them I DIDN'T want those things! Well, it's been a week now, with no camera. The website says my order is "in the final stages of processing," which it's said for the last 5 days. They did have the lowest price by $5-10, but now I don't know if I'll ever even get it! The last time I ordered something and had to call and get a "hard sell" on other accessories, I eventually had to cancel the order and go elsewhere (after weeks of waiting, excuses, etc). I investigated all the positive reviews from resellerratings. Virtually everyone leaving good comments has left only one review (of this site), and they did so on the day they "joined" resellerratings. Virtually all of the reviewers with multiple site reviews had a bad experience, like mine. I suspect that these guys are creating new user ID's every few days and leaving themselves a positive review...which would be fraud! I will not order from them again.
UPDATE: Many of the suspicious positive reviews have been removed. The current scores probably much more accurately rate this company (their rating was around 9.0 a few days ago! Thanks, resellerratings!) In the meantime, I contacted customer service, and got a polite reply with an apology for the delay in shipping (I was pleasantly surprised). They then upgraded the shipping to two day air at no additional expense. I haven't received it yet, but have received the shipping invoice/tracking number from UPS. Will update again when it arrives.
UPDATE: Well, the package arrived today (10 days after the order). In the end, I got the right part at a good price. The "hard sell" phone call for accessories, warranty, etc, and slow to ship (requiring email to customer service) were big negatives, however. This review was modified by its author, dawgfan6, on

I thought I was cheated by electrodiscounts when they were closed all of a sudden. For two days there was no response but later on I called the customer service as was told that they had shutdown for some inventory checks and my order was shipped prior to the shutdown.
The website although easy to use does not have a professional feel to it. They were prompt to process the order without hassling me on the purchase of accessories , the item was brand new as promised and was shipped in good condition.

I bought a Fuji F10 from Electrodiscounters which was shipped from MARINE PARK CAMERA & VIDEO, a NY camera company.
I got the standard "call us at 1-800-xxx" e-mail.
Sent them a note saying I didn't want to talk to a salesman, wanted no accessories, and that they weren't authorized to back order the camera.
They finally shipped the camera two days later. I received the camera on 22 July (5 day service).
Other than this not really being an "on-line" store, because they want to give you the hard sell vice just selling you the camera, product was delivered as promised.
