One of the many stores out there scamming on camera sales. Ordered a canon 5d. They called to confirm. Salesman tried to upgrade me, I said no. He hung up and left me with the impression they where going to ship. Went unto their site and my order had dissappeared. No respone to my emails. Buyer beware

Waited three weeks and my shipment was never sent after refusing to buy accessories. Despicable customer service. I was threatened, people were rude. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I would not suggest buying from these people. They are horrible and rude! First, off I order a plasma TV from this site and they high pressure pushed every overpriced accessory,200.00 shipping insurance,three year insurance plan,wall bracket,,cable accessory's. I refused to buy any of the overpriced items. I was told they would not ship the TV unless I paid 200.00 shipping insurance. I could have bought in on there web page and not be required to pay the 200.00 dollars. I canceled the purchase from the salesperson and told him I did not trust there sales practice or ethics

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! STAY AWAY! I placed an order with someone named Sam for the SONY HDR-HC1 camcorder as they had one of the lowest prices. Sam said it was in stock and after several minutes of reading from his computer screen as to whether I want additional insurance, batteries & lens protectors (all declined) supposedly my order was on it's way. Two minutes later I received an email from someone else in shipping advising me that my order was cancelled due to the camcorder not being in stock. I called back and was put on hold forever. Hung up and called back and asked for Sam and put right through to him. Sam said that they must have sold the 3 camcorders just prior to finalizing the sale. Sam told me that PriceRitePhoto had 3 they were selling at wholesale (the low price) and I didn't get one. I asked him to verify that my order did cancel by sending my an email. Never received it and now I'm running to AMEX to verify that they didn't charge me. Purchased one for just a little more through B&H.

I would not suggest buying from these people. They are horrible and rude! First, off I bought a camera from this site and I they called me the next day while I was asleep and decided to keep talking even though they realized I was asleep. They asked me to buy some camera kit and I declined the offer. Then they rudely remarked about how “stupid” I was. After that I decided to cancel my order and they directed me to the supervision where he mocked me and said he would charge my card $50 for being so rude to him and not wanting the camera. It states clearly on their website that their might be a 5% fee of the order if and only if the item has been already shipped. My item was not shipped and he claimed he was going to waive the fee if I wasn’t so “rude” to him. I was so scared I had to cancel my credit card account because he hung up on me and kept reminding me he had my credit card number. This man even claimed that my account could be fraudulent because I sounded “Chinese”. I told him I was not Chinese and he kept saying “You are Chinese!!” This indicates to me this man might also be a racist. Very scary and the whole ordeal put me to tears to be honest, I did not know what was going on. I had to call back a second time and wait almost an hour to reach someone. Where he told me to post three good reviews on sites such as these to get my $50 dollars back. That I did and I now I am telling the truth.

The pricing from this company is outstanding. The process of receiving the camera was protracted because the salesperson neglected to take my credit card information, which I did not learn about until I became concerned with why my purchase had not arrived after a week. (When I first called in, I was told that my credit card information had been rejected. So I was to blame?) I also ordered a premium kit for the Nikon Coolpix 8800. It came with 52mm adapter lenses and filters, but requires 58mm lenses. The sales-staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. I was simply blind-transferred to the customer service department. My first calls to the customer service department involved being put on hold and being treated with ambivalence and near contempt. That is until I was fortunate enough to have my calls taken by Rachel. She was understanding and extremely helpful. She apologized for any inconvenience and was very helpful in remedying the situation. Were it not for her determination and charm I would not have ever considered making another purchase from this firm.

I ordered this camera kit on 5/1 being told that I would receive it 2 day FedEx, I gave the item until 5/6 then I called and was told that it was never sent out. I was promised that it would go out the next day overnighted, shipping free as I purchased the kit, and overnighted for the trouble. They never sent it, I called again on the 8th, was told it never went out, asked for a supervisor (Steve)who antagonized and threatened me. I said I wanted to cancel my order. He said he would cancel it but still charge my card. He finally offered to still overnight my kit as they would be getting an order in on the 11th and I would have it on the 12th. He also said he would throw in an additional memory card which I still have not received. Finally I received my kit on the 13th only to find it missing the promised memory card and a battery that was suppose to be included in the kit. When I called about it I got Rachael on the phone and she said she would send out the missing items. As of the 28th I still have not recieved the items. I called and spoke with Rachael again who was speaking with Steve and they said that they would not be sending me those items and if I continued to push the issue they would charge my credit card $75. for shipping. The memory card was promised to me for all of my aggrevation but the battery was paid for and never received. That is theft in my book coupled with zero customer service.  

i would highly recommend this site for any purchases of electronic video equipment due to personable customer service reps, quality merchandise, lower prices and for the avoidance of the less than caring sales personnel and high prices of large discount electronics stores which leave me feeling like a criminal

Actually had a knowledgeable sales rep to answer questions about my purchase as well as suggest proper accessories for my camera. Overall price on the kit was great, with a slightly higher price on some of the accesories. Overall experience was good with super fast shipping, and will do business with again.

These guys are scam artists. I ordered a camera on-line, received an e-mail the next day saying I needed to confirm my order. Called and waited for ten minutes. When the "sales representative" did answer he tried to sell me every accessory under the sun. After twenty minutes of not wanting to buy any accessories he told me he could not sell me the camera. The kicker is before I called they held over $1400 from my debit card. Even though they cancelled the order my funds were in limbo for 5 days. Stay away from this company. EVIL

I purchased a Nikon Coolpix 8800 with Accessories kit. The camera came quickly without problem, but the accessories were "back ordered." When I inquired about when they would be shipped, the first person told me within a couple of days, two weeks later I called again, and the next person told me that they haven't received the product from Nikon and wouldn't for one to two months, becuase Nikon was making them yet. Why sell a product in a package that the manufacturer has started making yet? Very dissapointing to say the least.
