Placed order on June 20, 2005 - Invoice #1783
All the items arrived intact on June 24th. The order was complete except for the following;
FANULED80GDB UV Sensitive Quad LED Blue 80mm Fan w/ Fan Guard 4

The fans I recieved DO NOT have quad LEDS!!! I have contacted CableCrazy.com via e-mail and explained the situation. I will post here the results, and rate them again based on how they fix this order. Great website and excellent prices, will order again if this is resolved in a satisfactory manner.

We apologize for the incorrect fans shipped. If you could please
ship us the 4 Non LED versions back we would appreciate it. We will credit
your Mastercard for the amount of $5 which should cover your shipping costs.
We will send out the correct fans today.
I have sent out the fans to CableCrazy, and thanked them for great customer service. I will continue to do business with them and highly recomend CableCrazy for low prices and great customer service! Kudos to CableCrazy!!!

OK, here is the new twist in this transaction, these people need to update there web site contact information!!! Or maybe things aren't as they appear? Read on;
Dear service I placed an order on 6/20/2005 Invoice # 1783 for several items on your web site. I received my merchandise on the 24th, but there was an error in the order. I ordered 4 Quad LED UV Fans and received 4 NON LED UV Fans. CableCrazy was good enough to fix the order and sent out the correct fans to me and credited my account for shipping to send back the NON LED Fans, which I did on the 28th. I just got back the package I sent to CableCrazy, the post office could not find your address or it didn’t exist. Here is the info from your web page for shipping;

I Mailed the package to your mailing address as stated and it was returned. Where do I need to ship your merchandise? I would suggest you update your web site contact information to avoid this type of problem in the future. Each transaction costs money and time not to mention a frustrated buyer trying to do the right thing. Thanks in advance!

We apologize for this. Go ahead and keep the fans and don't worry about sending them back. I will inform our webmaster about the website because it does need to be updated since our PO Box has changed and we no longer use it for packages.
There you have it, this is hopefully the end of this transaction. Hope this helps others to determine if they want to do business with this company or not. I have to say in closing;
-They did have what I wanted at a low price.
-Their customer service is alive and well.
-They DO answer e-mails (very timely in fact).
-They did make things right.
-They shipped promptly, and packaged well.
