Ordered camera kit online. Store had us call to verify. They go over your order and recommend upgrades. Then the bait and switch comes in to play. You receive not what you ordered and some items missing at a extreme price. They charged $120 for shipping and handling that was suposed to be free. When you call to get a RMA you get hung up on. If you call for a purchase you get a person right away. If you ask for a manager they hang up on you. I don't recommed anyone using this internet fraud outfit.

BEWARE! They are bunch of crooks that run a multitude of related and ever-changing on-line stores based in Brooklyn NY (and NJ). Their "too good to be true" prices also attracted my attention. However, I did my homework before ordering:

My advice: call them BEFORE placing any order and you will find out exactly what I did: if it's too good to be true, it probably is.  

I placed an order for a digital camera. After completing the online order process, I was instructed to call an 800 number to confirm that I ordered the product. I did that, and was offered additional products which were declined. After waiting 10 days, I had received no indication that the order had shipped. I called and after unsuccessfully trying to contact the department for "orders placed and confirmed" reached "Ryan". He checked on my order and indicated the item was unavailable as ordered but could be purchased in a package. Of course, the price was substantially higher. The item, as I ordered, is still available on the web site. I have cancelled my order and will be purchasing from a reputable source.  

I should have searched this merchant's rating before even visiting their website. By the time I got to this website, I had already "called in and confirmed the order". I placed order on the 8th, called in on the 10th to cancel; they said, the shipment is already shipped. Which I knew they had not; but can't prove it.  
Anywayz, same tricks you guys have already said during the "confirmation call".  
The package finally arrived on the 18th, with everything except a 18-80mm Lens; which included as the "genius package". I gota call them tomorrow again.  
The bottom line is, NEVER DO BUSINESS with these crooks. Such a painful experience.

This online store lied to me on numerous occasions. Cancelled order after getting into argument with sales rep. Still waiting for my money back. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS STORE. Camera seemed like a great deal..only painful expierence. Purchased from BuyDig.com instead...they are really professional.

Again, one of the best online shopping experiences I've had. This company pays attention to detail and gets it right the first time. The prices are fair and the customer service is courteous and responsive. I just wish they sold more than just Camera equipment so I could spend more of my money with them. Big ups to Jeff T.

Same exact experience as the previous reviewer. I e-mailed to get my tracking number and was told to call in. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I get a salesman who said well my order hasn't been "confirmed" and proceeded to try and sell me no less than 3 additional items that would have added $200 easily to my order. Then I was told ok the product would arrive in 14-21 business days. I asked him "where the heck is this shipping from?" My next comment was "please cancel my order." Easily the worst experience shopping online in my life...their procedures, if you can call it that, are a joke. STAY AWAY!! Pay more for quality service. I didn't check resellerratings.com on this order and it cost me a week because of it and 2 hours on hold. This seller gets a resounding F.

This store is a fraud, if you don't buy their accessories, they will say your order is backordered for 6-8 weeks.

I buy a lot of stuff online so I should've known better but this seller had the Nikon D70 priced about $210 less than most others and I couldn't resist. They jack up the shipping but I was still $130 to the good. You can order online but will have to talk to a salesman before they ship. He tried to charge me extra for the battery and charger that's included in the kit which which put the price about $70 over the competition. I canceled the order and bought from a seller I know and trust. Beware of this disreputable reseller.
