I ordered a turntable stylus from this company on 11-26-07 and it showed up at my door at 11-28-07. The price was half or less what their competiition was asking for a similar quality item...and they shipped it for FREE. No limits to meet or "hoops to jump through" first! I was overjoyed by their excellent service and "plain-speak" when describing their products online. Not a whole lot of techical jargon that I wouldn't understand (like the others). I first went to my local Radio Shack (out of desperation) to look for a new stylus (after I clumsily broke the last one). The manager just looked at me like I was a "dinosaur" (and he was older than I). He didn't have what I needed and couldn't suggest where to look. This company is knowledgable and experienced...and have earned a customer for life! Thanks!

Recieved my parcel today and everything fine. These items (Needle 794-d7 and belt FBM25.0) were for my Fisher turntable Model MT-855. This turntable was not listed with the belt . Thank you for your web site, it was very helpful. Terry Savage, New Brunswick,Canada

I ordered a turntable belt from these folks and it arrived intact - but my turntable was playing at the wrong speed. Little did I know at the time, the problem was caused by my own inexperience in installing the belt accurately. I emailed a couple of times asking them very pointed questions - all of which were answered in a timely manner, and with an open mind to help me figure the problem, or even return the product for a full refund. Another vendor may have dismissed my case or even realized that I was a novice and taken advantage. They did not. What they did was treat me professionally at all times through the crisis, and I eventually solved the issue along with their help. They will surely receive my business again.

I gave up on locating a needle for this vintage 1964 RCA turntable. Though this turntable isn't a grandiose antique, the guy I'm fixing it for loves it. So getting it back into "Shape" is important. The needle is the last part I needed and you guys came through. Your wed-site is extraordinarily easy to use. The picture comparison utility is what I needed and it was wonderful.
