I found the TurntableNeedles.com website to be very good. The website made it very easy to order the correct needle for my turntable. More importantly, for me, I was confident that I was ordering the right piece. I got it right the first time. The price was great, so I ordered a spare too.  
 
Also, the staff responded same day to my order and then to my e-mail when I confirmed receipt of the order.
