Super fast service. Ordered on Monday and had product via first class mail on Wednesday even across the country. Great web site to find the necessary part without human help.

The order was processed very quickly (during a weekend) and confirmed by an e-mail containing all order data. The stylus that I ordered arrived securely packaged after only 6 days to my home in Switzerland.  
 
I also liked the shop website and the very useful search by visual match with rotating images of the products. This is the best online shop for turntable needles and belts among the four or five that I visited. I will buy from them again in the future.

Belts were in stock, were a perfect fit. Tape deck works like new again.

Professional web site with easy to use web interface, items are displayed from all sides, which makes it easy to identify the right product, in my case a turntable replacement needle. The merchant also offers turntable care products, which are hard to find nowadays.  
 
I found everything that I needed!

The needle that I was looking for was very easy to find and they have a very good selection of parts to choose from. Shipping was very fast, although I find it interesting that I was charged over $6.00 for shipping and on the USPS label, it was only $3.85. Hmmmmm....  
 
Overall, it was a good experience.

I ordered a turntable cartridge and had a background buzz after installing it. Old cartridge didn't have this problem so I emailed TurntableNeedles.com and they gave a few suggestions to resolve the problem. Background buzz is gone and now I'm making some great recordings to put on CD! I received my order in 2 days. I would highly recommend TurntableNeedles.com to anyone who is looking for a stylus or cartridge replacement for his or her turntable. I got what I needed and their customer support was great!

This is one of the best sites I've visited for a obsolete Phono Cartdrige. The revolving product details were a great help in picking out the right cartdrige. Will not hesitate to use again if the need arises.
