Update:  
I accidently ruined the stylus while reinstalling it (one channel only was working, which is why I was reinstalling it), crushing the cantilever and also ruining the cartridge.

All I can say is "WOW!!!". On Monday (Sept. 14, 2009) I ordered a new needle for my Dual 721 turntable. Myer Emco here in northern Virginia recommended your site. On Monday afternoon I had an email saying it had been shipped from Corvallis, Oregon. On Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 16, 2009)I received the replacement needle. It is installed and working. NEVER have a had such an exemplary response from anyone anywhere. Thank you for excellent sevice. Harry Williams

To whoever the person was that I spoke with on the phone 2 weeks ago Saturday, everything is up and running and at 42 years old I am indeed finding myself thinking "what the hell was I thinking 22 years ago! These albums DO sound SO much better than the CD's!!" Just FYI, once I refurbished my Technics turntable with everything I ordered from you guys, it now sits in my living room on top of my SuperBetamax!

transparently honest company. their website is real delight to  
 
surf. It is so people friendly, someone had to have spent hours  
 
to give it that warm feeling it generates.  
 
They have taken the cut and dry business of parts for a vintage  
 
audio medium and turned it into an oasis with palm trees and  
 
lots of warm sunshine. Let's not forget, living water flowing over  
 
the sandy beach. If every decent website on the web took this  
 
approach, maybe the economy would be affected for the better.

I just received my new stylus today from you. It's been a long search, more than 2 years to find it. In the end, I saved your image offline, resized it to scale and matched it perfectly to the one I had. This is what made my search successful this time, the multiple images, different angles. I am listening to my record player now and it's great.  
I have purchased replacement stylus' over the years with no problem but somehow this time, I lost the container the previous one was in. Every place I've spoken with, I sent images of my needle cartridge and most have replied yes, but don’t you have a number (not turntable model number either).
