I am very happy with sales service, but the product I was totally displeased with, (USBExtreme) The disk hardly plays in my PS2 and I was unaware that their is only a sellect few games that it will play.  
This sould be something that sould be posted with program summary when your looking at it. Not something you find out after you buy it.

Update - I think I've been lied to. These emails don't add up.

Your order is pending at the moment. When a shipping address differs from the billing address we just need to call the card issuer to verify that the shipping address is on file as an alternate address. We tried calling yesterday but they had already closed and they are no open today. We will retry on Monday, sorry for the wait.

Supposedly contacted on the 4th and 5th and emailed with a reason, yet the email on the 6th, the day after, said they couldn't be reached...  
That doesn't make any sense.  
I told them to cancel the order, so here's hoping I get my money back. I already told them the first time to cancel, and just now had to reply asking them to cancel -again-.  
 
My suggestion would be to communicate with your customers in a more timely manner in the future.

Ordered 1/1/2007, They still have not shipped the product ordered. Try to contact them. First response was that they will ship it on 1/4/2007. Now it is 1/6/2007, still no shipment and no response to the 3 inqueries since 1/4/2007.

As noted on site, we were closed for the holidays up to January 4th. We replied to this customer's inquiries saying that backorders would begin shipping on the 4th. Orders were filled in the sequence they were received in and this customer's order shipped on 1/6.

The ordering experience was great, except for my mistake on the address. The only problem that I really have is waiting for my order to ship because, they went on vacation. It was posted that they were I just didn't notice anything until it showed up on my email for the invoice. Personally I think if you run a business you need to have coverage year around. It kind of turns the consumer off if they have to wait for there order because, the owner thinks his order isn't that important. Remember who buys the products you sell. Don't get me wrong your customer service and buying experience is great, except for the little flaw. I guess everyone has something to improve on.

Very bad service, do not use these guys! I placed an order on December 18th with UPS 2nd day shipping. It is now December 27th and I still have not received the item. I have sent them four e-mails since December 20th and all of them have gone unanswered. I got an automated e-mail on December 20th that my order was shipped, but there was no tracking number. I still have no tracking number and there is nothing on there website that lets you check your order status. Stay away from this merchant!

We notified this customer that the product would not be available to ship until four days from the day ordered and if this would be acceptable. We didn't receive a response and so shipped the order when the product was available. We did receive and respond to the four emails received however we didn't receive acknowledgements / replies. It's possible that our emails were being filtered and were not reaching his inbox.  
 
We leave the decision of whether to wait for a restock up to our customers however without a response we were forced to make that decision. We apologize if result went against this customer's preferences. We have since refunded the cost of shipping for this customer.

They send me product and it came on time.actually it was faster then i expected..anyway they're customer suport was great. and so was their pricing. I'm looking forward to shop their for any needs.Also recommended my friends to shop their modchip/bootdisk there.

This particular store's service was very excellent, as I had recently ordered a Swap Magic Coder 3.8 on Tuesday (Nov. 28) and it arrived on Saturday (Dec. 2) to California. Noting that the only way off Hawai'i is by air or sea, I have to commend the retailer on such quick identify checks and processing (I was expecting the package next week since I chose the USPS shipping that estimated delivery time from 3 days to a week).  
 
I was also pleased that R-S.com also noted that the carrier should "handle [the package] with care, do not bend - do not fold" even though the carrier did so anyway. I did not ask for such special notes to be written on the parcel, but the retailer was thoughtful enough to do so. I suppose, in the future, a bigger font could have helped, but then again with the USPS... I am not sure.  
 
The product was--thankfully--unharmed in shipping and works flawlessly. I could not be happier; I would recommend this retailer to friends and I, myself, would re-utilize their services in the future.  
 
I can only hope that they will maintain very competitive prices for future console products in the future.

Very Bad!!!!! They sent me a defective disc. When I asked for a replacement they wanted me to pay for shipping of the defective disc back to them, and the shipping of the replacement disc. I wouldnt order from them if I could help it. This site is worthless and incompetent!

As noted in our return policies, the shipping cost to return an item for return/exchange/replacement is the responsibility of our customer. We do however cover the cost to ship replacements.
