Update - I think I've been lied to. These emails don't add up.

When a shipping address differs from the billing address we just need to call the card issuer to verify that the shipping address is on file as an alternate address. We tried calling yesterday but they had already closed and they are no open today. We will retry on Monday, sorry for the wait.

Inquired -again- today wondering what the long wait was and deciding to cancel my order. Reply I got a moment ago claiming an email was sent (never received, also noted in other people's comments.)

Supposedly contacted on the 4th and 5th and emailed with a reason, yet the email on the 6th, the day after, said they couldn't be reached...
That doesn't make any sense.
I told them to cancel the order, so here's hoping I get my money back. I already told them the first time to cancel, and just now had to reply asking them to cancel -again-.
My suggestion would be to communicate with your customers in a more timely manner in the future.
