Totally Disatisfied,these people are CROOKS and should be banded from any type of sales,they ship what they want and will not take it back or give you credit,if you order from them,make sure you don't need the money,you will never get it back!

I ordered a psp faceplate on 28th and it shiped on 30th which was OK, but they said it's going to come in 3-7 days, it's the 9th bussnis day right now and it's still not here! if it's not here by monday (10th day) im going to be PISSED!!!
PS* i emailed them lots of times but they never answer. ill rate again when i get my product. but right now i am NOT happy....

I have had a bad experience with this seller. a day after i made my order i received an email that it was canceled. i made two different attempts to contact them to see why and they haven't responded. i took my business elsewhere to buy the product i wanted.

Would I recommend using Revolution-sales.com? The answer to that is no. I made my order on 1/22/07 and it was supposedly shipped on the 1/23/07. Nine days later... NINE, after waiting for USPS which has no tracking, my Swap Disk finally arrived. USPS tracking proving everything#: 9101805213907522186561
At one point I mailed Dan, who answers emails. Asking him why it was taking so long. I also asked where they ship from and his email reply he conveniently left out that they ship from Hawaii. The responses I got were 1 or 2 lines; which infuriated me. To his credit, when I told him that I had not received my items he did offer to re-send them via track-able method.
Conclusion: Shop at Mod-Chip.com it has an excellent record.
The time wasted and their incompetence is not worth the 4 bucks that I saved by shopping at Revolution-Sales.com
I do not recommend them.
Advice to Revolution-Sales.com: Advice your customers that you ship from Hawaii. Dump USPS its bad for your business.

Priority mail takes 2-3 days according to USPS

Which means the package was never given to USPS until approximately 5-6 days after I ordered.
The supposed delivery of the package to USPS on the 23rd is only a notification to USPS to expect a package NOT that it has been delivered to them.
If you feel like gambling with your money and time then by all means shop with them. Their rating alone is a red flag. Any website with a rating below 8 is not worth it.

USPS Priority does not include detailed tracking. As listed on-site and based on our experience, USPS Priority parcels take between 3 and 7 business days for delivery.
When deciding on which shipping method to select, please keep in mind how soon you would like your package to arrive and whether you would prefer detailed tracking. Our shipping info page lists this information so that the most appropriate shipping method for you can be chosen.
We do ship out of Hawaii and for US customers looking to purchase imports, are definitely much faster than importing yourself. |

I am very happy with sales service, but the product I was totally displeased with, (USBExtreme) The disk hardly plays in my PS2 and I was unaware that their is only a sellect few games that it will play.
This sould be something that sould be posted with program summary when your looking at it. Not something you find out after you buy it.

They send me product and it came on time.actually it was faster then i expected..anyway they're customer suport was great. and so was their pricing. This particular store's service was very excellent, as I had recently ordered a Swap Magic Coder 3.8 on Tuesday (Nov. 28) and it arrived on Saturday (Dec. 2) to California. Noting that the only way off Hawai'i is by air or sea, I have to commend the retailer on such quick identify checks and processing (I was expecting the package next week since I chose the USPS shipping that estimated delivery time from 3 days to a week).
I was also pleased that R-S.com also noted that the carrier should "handle [the package] with care, do not bend - do not fold" even though the carrier did so anyway. I did not ask for such special notes to be written on the parcel, but the retailer was thoughtful enough to do so. I suppose, in the future, a bigger font could have helped, but then again with the USPS... I am not sure.
The product was--thankfully--unharmed in shipping and works flawlessly. I could not be happier; I would recommend this retailer to friends and I, myself, would re-utilize their services in the future.
I can only hope that they will maintain very competitive prices for future console products in the future.

Very Bad!!!!! They sent me a defective disc. When I asked for a replacement they wanted me to pay for shipping of the defective disc back to them, and the shipping of the replacement disc. I wouldnt order from them if I could help it. This site is worthless and incompetent!

As noted in our return policies, the shipping cost to return an item for return/exchange/replacement is the responsibility of our customer. We do however cover the cost to ship replacements. |

Well, i ordered on the 6th, got it on the 20th, from their to Washington state. Though i don't recall anything shipped priority mail taking more than a week in my experience with priority mail, i don't recall anything saying 'back ordered' or the such, this still was a long wait. Advice: If you're lucky, you'll get your stuff soon, if you're not, then it might take awhile... All depends on your karma i guess... Or if the person running the site feels like going down to their local mail office and sending it, maybe spending near $80 wasn't enough to put the effort to go to the mail office, eh, i know how it goes, i sell stuff on ebay. (Edit: Looking more closely it would seem the item was shipped on the 6th actually, it's just USPS that sucks royally, way to go USPS...way.to.go... Sorry Revolution-Sales, but you need a new shipping method, USPS is screwing you over big time)

i ordered on 23rd and paid on 24th and they sent mail saying my order had been shipped on the 26th by air mail. Around August 3rd I began to send email...three in total but they didn't answer. Finally after the fouth email they sent mail saying they had answered the other (which they hadn't) and that the order had been shipped on the 26th and wait.
Finally on the 11th of August I received my order which had actually only been sent on the 5th of August...not the 26th of July like they had said.
When I opened my package they had sent the totally wrong product and I have tried to contact them by email again several times and get no response at all. I am still waiting for a response.
There is no phone number to contact if there is any problem so it is totally up to their whim whether they give you an service or not after they have received your money.
8/15 I am still waiting for a reply about my delivery problem and get no response. However, my friend sent a question asking about a product that he wanted to buy and got a response in under two hours. I have been waiting a week.
It seems when you are going to give them money they can reply right away but when you have a problem with your order you can't get any response.

I purchased a tri-wing screwdriver to repair my son's DS and threw in a keyboard and mouse adaptor for the x-box. Ordering was easy. My items were of good quality. I am happy with my order and would order from them again with confifence.
