I bought a PSP faceplate, received fairly quickly. When I installed it, I faced an annoying prob with the joystick. I emailed customer service, I did get a reply with help of fixing it. I tried everything, finally I was asked to resend it, which I did at once (at my own cost of course). So far so good...
After some time I receive an email saying that my faceplate has nothing wrong with it. I told them to resend my faceplate since I was apparently mistaken and that I would keep it even if it still was not working. They asked me what kind of Shipping I used last time so that they can resend it, I replied promptly. I haven't received any response from them since. I sent approx. an email a month with NO reply whatsoever. I even suggested to pay for Shipping costs for the returned item. Still no reply...
I hope you don't have the bad luck I had when dealing with this online seller. If you're reading this before buying, think twice or even thrice! Their ratings are below 8, which means they do not qualify for the "Elite" Award which they proudly advertise on their website.
UPDATE: Upon request from resellerratings.com, they have now taken down their "award".
Still nothing from those THIEVES, I never heard from them again, they don't reply to emails, they simply took back what I bought from them AND MY MONEY. So in other words, I lost the faceplate I bought for $19.95 plus shipping, AND lost on shipping it back to the US. BEWARE! Crooks like that shouldn't even be allowed to own a business! i ordered a r4ds for my nintendo ds lite from them, then after checking their website again, they said they are not selling any more the product, so i changed my order with 3 items with the same value.. i only received 1 out of the 3, and when i emailed them where are the 2 products, they are not even responding... it's more than a month now! what poor customer service..

Totally Disatisfied,these people are CROOKS and should be banded from any type of sales,they ship what they want and will not take it back or give you credit,if you order from them,make sure you don't need the money,you will never get it back!

This site is horrible. I ordered an R4 from them on July 22nd, and it arrived quickly, but it was defective. I shipped it back, and it arrived back to them on Tuesday (I have a tracking number for proof). They refused to replace it, since the raids had just occurred, so I asked for my money back. I never got it. This store is a SCAM!

I have had a bad experience with this seller. a day after i made my order i received an email that it was canceled. i made two different attempts to contact them to see why and they haven't responded. i took my business elsewhere to buy the product i wanted.

Two days after I placed the order it had still not been shipped. I sent them an email asking if it was in stock, they said yes and updated to order to shipped. On 8/3/07 i sent them another email asking if it had been shipped and they sent a refund and an email stating the item was unavailable. Very poor service if you ask me.
You NEVER explained that you couldnt carry the item anymore. In reply to my first email you said that you had it in stock, then updated the order as "shipped". -- explain that! This review was modified by its author, tjb173, on

I recently ordered something from them on 7/25/07 and it shipped on 7/27/07 and it's been 8 days now. I ordered usps shipping and it is 7 days max for it to come. I even emailed them and they never reply. I am REALLY disappointed.

Would I recommend using Revolution-sales.com? The answer to that is no. I made my order on 1/22/07 and it was supposedly shipped on the 1/23/07. Nine days later... NINE, after waiting for USPS which has no tracking, my Swap Disk finally arrived. USPS tracking proving everything#: 9101805213907522186561
At one point I mailed Dan, who answers emails. Asking him why it was taking so long. I also asked where they ship from and his email reply he conveniently left out that they ship from Hawaii. The responses I got were 1 or 2 lines; which infuriated me. To his credit, when I told him that I had not received my items he did offer to re-send them via track-able method.
Conclusion: Shop at Mod-Chip.com it has an excellent record.
The time wasted and their incompetence is not worth the 4 bucks that I saved by shopping at Revolution-Sales.com
I do not recommend them.
Advice to Revolution-Sales.com: Advice your customers that you ship from Hawaii. Dump USPS its bad for your business.

Priority mail takes 2-3 days according to USPS

Which means the package was never given to USPS until approximately 5-6 days after I ordered.
The supposed delivery of the package to USPS on the 23rd is only a notification to USPS to expect a package NOT that it has been delivered to them.
If you feel like gambling with your money and time then by all means shop with them. Their rating alone is a red flag. Any website with a rating below 8 is not worth it.

Order placed on the 1/22, shipped 1/23, delivered 2/1. USPS Delivery Confirmation #9101805213907522186561.
USPS Priority does not include detailed tracking. As listed on-site and based on our experience, USPS Priority parcels take between 3 and 7 business days for delivery.
When deciding on which shipping method to select, please keep in mind how soon you would like your package to arrive and whether you would prefer detailed tracking. Our shipping info page lists this information so that the most appropriate shipping method for you can be chosen.
We do ship out of Hawaii and for US customers looking to purchase imports, are definitely much faster than importing yourself. |

I am very happy with sales service, but the product I was totally displeased with, (USBExtreme) The disk hardly plays in my PS2 and I was unaware that their is only a sellect few games that it will play.
This sould be something that sould be posted with program summary when your looking at it. Not something you find out after you buy it.

Supposedly contacted on the 4th and 5th and emailed with a reason, yet the email on the 6th, the day after, said they couldn't be reached...
That doesn't make any sense.
I told them to cancel the order, so here's hoping I get my money back. I already told them the first time to cancel, and just now had to reply asking them to cancel -again-.

Ordered 1/1/2007, They still have not shipped the product ordered. Try to contact them. First response was that they will ship it on 1/4/2007. Now it is 1/6/2007, still no shipment and no response to the 3 inqueries since 1/4/2007.

As noted on site, we were closed for the holidays up to January 4th. We replied to this customer's inquiries saying that backorders would begin shipping on the 4th. Orders were filled in the sequence they were received in and this customer's order shipped on 1/6. |

Very bad service, do not use these guys! I placed an order on December 18th with UPS 2nd day shipping. It is now December 27th and I still have not received the item. I have sent them four e-mails since December 20th and all of them have gone unanswered. I got an automated e-mail on December 20th that my order was shipped, but there was no tracking number. I still have no tracking number and there is nothing on there website that lets you check your order status. Stay away from this merchant!

We notified this customer that the product would not be available to ship until four days from the day ordered and if this would be acceptable. We didn't receive a response and so shipped the order when the product was available. We did receive and respond to the four emails received however we didn't receive acknowledgements / replies. It's possible that our emails were being filtered and were not reaching his inbox.
We leave the decision of whether to wait for a restock up to our customers however without a response we were forced to make that decision. We apologize if result went against this customer's preferences. We have since refunded the cost of shipping for this customer.

Very Bad!!!!! They sent me a defective disc. When I asked for a replacement they wanted me to pay for shipping of the defective disc back to them, and the shipping of the replacement disc. I wouldnt order from them if I could help it. This site is worthless and incompetent!

As noted in our return policies, the shipping cost to return an item for return/exchange/replacement is the responsibility of our customer. We do however cover the cost to ship replacements. |

I payed for expedited shipping on the 19th of this month for a simple RF switch for the PS2 which came to a total of 17.29.Its now the 24th and its still in the processing phase........why? 6 days have went by with no word of anything or so much as an update. They also didnt respond to my email that I sent them.It should've been here by now.Dont buy anything from these guys ever.

Item's availability was listed as 'Reorder'. This status was explained during checkout to mean the item was not currently available and would ship when we received more.
The customer didn't notice and contacted us on the 24th. After the situation was explained he requested a refund, which was promptly provided. |

Took 5 days days to process my order. I paied for express shipping so I received the item on the 6th day.
Also, I sent them 3 emails which never got a response. 2 emails was through their website contact link, and the third was through my email service.

A bit inaccurate, order processing actually 2 business days, shipping 3 days. Order placed Sunday the 20th at 9PM. Order dropped at the post office Wednesday the 23rd at 8AM. Parcel delivered on Saturday. Tracking (EQ290144160US) confirms. |
