I bought a PSP faceplate, received fairly quickly. When I installed it, I faced an annoying prob with the joystick. I emailed customer service, I did get a reply with help of fixing it. I tried everything, finally I was asked to resend it, which I did at once (at my own cost of course). So far so good...  
 
After some time I receive an email saying that my faceplate has nothing wrong with it. I told them to resend my faceplate since I was apparently mistaken and that I would keep it even if it still was not working. They asked me what kind of Shipping I used last time so that they can resend it, I replied promptly. I haven't received any response from them since. I sent approx. an email a month with NO reply whatsoever. I even suggested to pay for Shipping costs for the returned item. Still no reply...  
 
I hope you don't have the bad luck I had when dealing with this online seller. If you're reading this before buying, think twice or even thrice! Their ratings are below 8, which means they do not qualify for the "Elite" Award which they proudly advertise on their website.  
 
UPDATE: Upon request from resellerratings.com, they have now taken down their "award".  
 
Still nothing from those THIEVES, I never heard from them again, they don't reply to emails, they simply took back what I bought from them AND MY MONEY. So in other words, I lost the faceplate I bought for $19.95 plus shipping, AND lost on shipping it back to the US. BEWARE! Crooks like that shouldn't even be allowed to own a business!

I recieved my order quickly and in excellent condition.

i ordered a r4ds for my nintendo ds lite from them, then after checking their website again, they said they are not selling any more the product, so i changed my order with 3 items with the same value.. i only received 1 out of the 3, and when i emailed them where are the 2 products, they are not even responding... it's more than a month now! what poor customer service..

Totally Disatisfied,these people are CROOKS and should be banded from any type of sales,they ship what they want and will not take it back or give you credit,if you order from them,make sure you don't need the money,you will never get it back!

This site is horrible. I ordered an R4 from them on July 22nd, and it arrived quickly, but it was defective. I shipped it back, and it arrived back to them on Tuesday (I have a tracking number for proof). They refused to replace it, since the raids had just occurred, so I asked for my money back. I never got it. This store is a SCAM!

I ordered a psp faceplate on 28th and it shiped on 30th which was OK, but they said it's going to come in 3-7 days, it's the 9th bussnis day right now and it's still not here! if it's not here by monday (10th day) im going to be PISSED!!!  
 
PS* i emailed them lots of times but they never answer. ill rate again when i get my product. but right now i am NOT happy....  
 
UPDATE : it is monday now AND IT'S STILL NOT HERE. I HAVE A FEELING THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

I have had a bad experience with this seller. a day after i made my order i received an email that it was canceled. i made two different attempts to contact them to see why and they haven't responded. i took my business elsewhere to buy the product i wanted.

Great seller, super quick shipping. Item arrived about 3 days before I expected it. Everything was as it was described and ordering was secure. I will definitely order from Revolution in the future. Thanks a million!!

Two days after I placed the order it had still not been shipped. I sent them an email asking if it was in stock, they said yes and updated to order to shipped. On 8/3/07 i sent them another email asking if it had been shipped and they sent a refund and an email stating the item was unavailable. Very poor service if you ask me.  
 
You NEVER explained that you couldnt carry the item anymore. In reply to my first email you said that you had it in stock, then updated the order as "shipped". -- explain that!

I recently ordered something from them on 7/25/07 and it shipped on 7/27/07 and it's been 8 days now. I ordered usps shipping and it is 7 days max for it to come. I even emailed them and they never reply. I am REALLY disappointed.  
 
 
EDIT: Well today is the 7th day and I never got the item nor the reply. I am VERY disappointed. Do not but from them.

idunno aobut this store jus yet just ordered from them but there site is down a few hours after i made my order i think thats kindda funny ill update when i recieve my order update: on aug. 9th i received my orders was sopposed to be shipped ups but i recieved my orders i would recommand going to revution-sales.com to anyone on in the other hand they dont sell modchips anymore i dont kn ow why but for any other gaming needs go to them very curtious and helpful even gave me a refund on the dms4 i ordered thanks revution-sales ill order from them again soon

Very happy with my purchase from Revolution. They had what I wanted and shipped it right away. The price was fair and they did not inflate the shipping charges. I will look to them for my next purchase.

I still have not received my purchased item so I really can not comment on this.

Great selection,alot of useful items.However that item bought has yet to arrive.

Super fast shipping, great product at a great price.
