Site says order shipped in 24/48 hours. Ordered on 11/14/04. By 11/21 order still had not shipped. I emailed them and asked that order be cancelled, but I recieved no response. I called on 11/22 and asked the status of the order. I was told that it had shipped on 11/18. I called again on 11/23 and asked for order status. Glen told me that the order had not shipped because one item had not arrived. I requested the order be cancelled for the second time. These folks are dishonest or inept. You choose. My first and last purchase with them. At least Glen told me the truth.
The few dollars I would have saved have not been worth the run around.
If my credit card has not been adjusted within the next 48 hours, I will report them to the BBB and appropriate authorities.
Followup: Called again on 11/26 and this time I'm told that my order shipped on 11/19.
Funny, after sitting in "approved" status for days and days, the order magically moved to "shipped" status after I posted this review. I was assured that I would be called and given a tracking # in a couple of hours. Still waiting 9 hours later. Still no call. Still no tracking #.
I have disputed the charge with my cc company.
Wanna bet that I'll hear from them now ?
